Customer service is lacking to the point of it negatively affecting my stay. Also, this hotel was extremely overpriced.

This is our second stay at this location. Again, it was just what we needed. Staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Definitely will be staying there in the future.

We love this hotel. It has everything you need. It is walking distance to fun activities and restaurants. The breakfast is great. This is our second booking at this hotel

This a new hotel in the suburbs. This a great hotel for a business trip or needing extra space for relatives coming to visit. It has short term kitchen equipment and utensils and comfortable rooms. There is an outdoor heated pool and a nice patio area. My only complaint was the pool badly needed cleaning. Although it was a little cold, getting into the heated pool would have been a great option. It appears this was deprioritized because of the time of year.

Omg, comfy beds! I thought I was in my own home. Breakfast was good, I had oa**eal and they had a many options for toppings. Staff were nice and courteous. The shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was convenient for us. In n out and Chipotle is 1/2 a mile away. We had a one night stay and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. Highly recommend.
