Worst location to stay at. Place smells like urine and feces

Only 3 pillows on the bed. Could use fresh chalking in bathroom. Other than that pleasently surprized. Good.value for high season in AZ.

The room didn’t have no proper operating light so lamps no extra outlets for plugging in phones or other electronics no room service of making bed or having fresh towels was available

Bathroom door didn't close. Ice machine never worked and was told it would be fixed. Swimming pool covered over with dirt

My 4 day/3 night stay consisted of no hot water, only cold water to shower with. I let the office know, and it turns out I wasn’t the only one without hot water. Nothing was done about it. Therefore, for 4 days/3 nights no showers could be taken because of the cold water. I was told I could get a refund for my 4 day/3 night stay. Can I please get a refund?

The staff were the worst I’ve ever dealt with. So I get there exhausted at 11 pm and when I ask to check in this unkempt guy tells me they are changing shifts and I would have to wait. So the guy and a gal talk about some money miscommunication or something. The guy leaves and says goodnight. So I ask the gal why she just doesn’t give us the key to the room. It would take 5 minutes and she could then finish whatever she was doing. She was counting coins. Her reply was that they are changing shift and she can’t help me until she’s done. I ask how long it will take and if I should come back later. Then another big mean looking dude tells me if I don’t like it to leave and go rent something else. I went to the car and my wife and I just left. I drove all night and we just forgot about sleeping. The area is not a good one. We felt unsafe and in danger of violence. Don’t go here. We never even got the room. Motels are a hospitality industry. The people were the most inhospitable people I have ever met.

Toilets just started randomly overflowing to the point that everyone it came from every room and was in the hall way. They were rude and indifferent about it. Room was filthy and didn't give full deposit back without explanation

Old hotel needs updating drastically. Ice machine not working, questionable people roaming around the property. Security lock not functioning. Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke.

This is an older property hotel. Did not have hot water the first night of my stay in my original room; Staff was very helpful in relocating me to another room that hot water - however the toilet commode was not securely fastened to the floor; there was a hole in the bathroom door, there was black mold along the caulking in the shower/tub area, no coffee makers in any of the room, and no stopper in the sink. The hotel did not offer a continental breakfast - only coffee.
