Didn't like given the same room that os all messed up especially the bed.need to replace mattress or should of gave me a better room that isn't used every night. The motel was empty. Now I know why. Won't stay there again.

A/C didnt work properly; room had an odor; curtains wouldnt close properly for privacy; towels were stained and disgusting.

I was looking book a room for the same night it was after 3am. When I booked online it turns out it was for later that day. So when to go the front desk to see if they could help me out with the change the person in the front office was rude and didn’t want to help in anyway saying he could only sell me another room for the night. Also it was a non refundable so even though right after the fact I just wanted to change the night they did not and I got charged for for a room I didn’t use the next day. Horrible experience will never stay at another red roof again. And I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card.

Room and smelled like cigarettes and location was very sketchy. We only system a few hours and left. Would not recommend.

The staff was great. The room had stained sheet with burn holes in them. They moved me the 2nd day closer to the pool which was nice. As it got closer to night that’s when it was BAD. It was like being on an episode of “Live PD” there was ************ and ***** being sold in the parking lot. The night shift office staff was in the parking lot on his phone like he was making a business deal. My son come to take me to eat and left his vehicle there and when we returned his back door had been pried open. Management needs to run off the obvious criminals and the ************ and it would be a lot better place to stay. It is in a good location just a little sketchy after dark…
