The hotel is not quite where google maps thinks it is, but after turning round it was clearly signposted (just not signposted from our original direction). Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Parking was free and very secure. First time I’ve ever had a private lift to take me from the parking bay direct into the room! We had a standard room. Was interesting decoration but bed was firm and comfortable and shower in bathroom wonderful. Had dinner in the restaurant. Again the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good and interesting selection of Italian wines. Breakfast was included in the room price. Help yourself job with small selection of hot items, pastries, cereals and cakes. Coffee via machine so fresh and plentiful. All in all it was perfect for a stopover due to good location, value for money and friendliness of staff.

The hotel is located in the city centre, in the mountain area, in a quarter of the hour you are in the city. Good welcome, comfortable parking, beautiful room, quiet, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom (only a little noisy the aspiration ventilator). Breakfast is good and varied, both sweet and salad. Ideal for anyone who wants to visit Torino and will stay in a quiet area. We stayed with B&B treatment and enjoyed the adjacent, literally two steps, restaurant La Mucca Pazza.

Booked through Crystal Ski. Nice clean apartment(s) although one apartment could have easily accommodated the 4 of us rather than 2 apartments as that must have been more expensive. No clean linen over the week, no bins emptied. I’d prefer not to have used dish scourers as the owners policy. Also alarm outside our doors can go off anytime based on anyone in the block cooking (steam) as it woke one of my children twice. Definitely not high speed internet as both our apartments had really bad connection / buffering. Kids loved restaurant literally next door ! Otherwise all good and a guy on hand / or phone was always available and helpful.

Staying at Best Western Hotel Crimea was excellent. The Reception Desk team was always ready to assist. The level of cleanliness was super. There was a good choice of items at breakfast and all was very good. The location is a km or so away from the city centre, but it's a pleasant walk.

I stayed for one night with my family after a day at the Zoom Zoo. The hotel is very well located in a quiet and comfortable parking area in front of the hotel. The very educated and smiled receptionist explains where to go to eat around. The room(a four-fold) was very spacious and clean, air conditioning was working and noiseless, the room was also provided with balcony, the very large bathroom was supplied and clean in a perfectly clean way. Abundant and varied breakfast, very sweet and even very salty. In general, the hotel has been fully satisfied and if I should go back to the area I would certainly come back here. Thank you

Ottimo hotel, servizio impeccabile fin dall'accoglienza. Cordialità sublime, pulizia impeccabile, disponibilità ammirevole. Una colazione super ben fornita di alta qualità, camere ben ordinate e ben arredate, in un paese molto attivo e carino, dove sono convenzionati con ottimi ristoranti e pizzerie per poter fornire delle deliziose cene ai propri clienti.... Offrono una piccola palestra ma ben fornita, per potersi sfogare dopo il lavoro, e una sala conferenze molto ampia. Ho fatto 2 settimane trattato come un principe, ci ritornerò sicuramente e consiglio a tutti di provare l'Hotel Rivarolo. Grazie mille a Laura 1 e Laura 2, al sorriso di Vasile, e ai superbi Cappuccini di Cinzia. A molto presto Luca

I admit that we were a little worried about the recent reading reviews, but we found a large, clean, quiet room with the right temperature (often we find very hot in the hotel). It is a date hotel, in a non-tourist area, but perfect for us who had to go to Zoom Torino. Of course the furniture is date, but at the end we don't care if there is clean and kindness. Breakfast at the good, with brioches, cooked pieces, marmelade, nutella and juice. All simple but sufficient.
