We popped in to the wheel house as we were passing, purely on the look of the menu. It really looked interesting and far different from the other venues in Mevagissey. Wow all we can say is, what amazing food. The staff are very enthusiastic and told us that a new award chef Kai has taken over the kitchen. Bright, colourful, big punchy flavours. We had the sour dough Poe boy, Korean chicken dumplings, perfect squid and a wonderful roasted carrot hummus. This is cooking at its very best, the staff are amazing. The restaurant is light and contemporary, but still has the harbour village in its roots. It’s on our new must eat Liston Cornwall…..well done!
