The hotel looks exactly the same as in the pictures. Also, front desk can speak English. The facilities are provided just like what the ad said; laundry, working area, gym. I like how the hotel always looks so clean. However, one thing that I don’t like but don’t really mind is the elevator that is slow. I asked for upper level room and I got what I asked for! Uliv Cibeles located near many places, let’s say it’s just 10-15 mins by car to some travel attractions. Overall, this meets my expectations ＜3

I really enjoyed my stay. It was essentially a serviced-apartment with a fun hostel vibe in a great clean, safe and quiet area of Mexico City.
I highly recommend it and I would stay again.

Comfortable suite with king bed in one room and queen in the other. A/C worked excellent in both rooms and there was ample parking in the garage.

This was the best place to stay in Mexico City! It was clean, modern, and most of all, I felt safe. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed the fact that there was an AC! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I am definitely picking this place when I come back!

Good value for the money and def a spot to stay for weeks on business or pleasure as the kitchens are fully equipped. Didn’t appreciate them not giving us the early check in we paid for and expected - especially after a recent medical emergency and needed to rest. Staff were lovely otherwise.

I loved the rooms and of course the view. Walked around by myself during day and night and always felt safe. Like Cibeles Rotonda 2 min away with lots of dining options. Convenience store right on the corner and beautiful park España not too far. Reforma Av and Ángel of Infependece not too far away either. Free parking inside the building and my car was safe there. Super cute kitchenette with refrigerator, utensils, dishes, etc.
