Not knowing anything about Mexico City and finding this place to stay was perfect. Would stay there again with no hesitation.

Because our other booking was overbooked, we booked this one in last minute. We were very happy that this hotel was available. Their staff are very friendly. Room is clean. Location is safe. We recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the room was cute. My only complaint is that the room was very hot, sometimes like a sauna. They did provide me with a portable AC unit when we asked for a fan, but the unit was VERY loud and not very efficient. Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

The hotel itself is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Vicky who cleaned our room daily was excellent. The only gripe is that the rooms get extremely hot and I struggled to sleep. We were given an air conditioning unit but it was very noisy and ended up turning it off and sweating.

Very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of good restaurants. We were comfortable walking around in the evening after dark. Helpful staff. Rooftop terrace is nice, if a bit expensive. Breakfast bar is pretty basic but the made to order omelettes are a nice touch.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel with great service in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. It is close to parks, restaurants, cafés and the metro. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the near future.

Loved my stay here. Beautiful location and amazing and accommodating staff! Amenities in room were perfect. I was able to work remotely while staying here, great wifi and quiet area. Staff helped me with everything I needed. Will absolutely stay here in the future!

Surprised by the high reviews as I was disappointed: pictures were misleading, no air conditioning, hotel was more bare bones than expected and overpriced for what it was. For the same price or slightly more, you can get way better accommodations in the area. The staff, while didnt speak much english, did try to help was much as they could and was the only positive part of the stay.

The hotel is in the perfect location in Condesa, with lots of restaurants and parks nearby, and the staff was very friendly. We had a private jet tub on our patio, which was the perfect way to wind down after our long days of exploring CDMX. We did, however, have issues with the internet, affecting both our devices (phones and computers) and the television (Netflix and other apps). The issue was fixed after dealing with problems for three nights. We chose the hotel because we wanted a breakfast included, but the breakfast was pretty basic...wheat toast, plain yogurt, whole apple or banana, boxed cereal, tea and coffee.
