Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio.
The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis!
The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!

The hotel is ideally located to walk to many restaurants or easily get an Uber to many sites. We walked to dinner every night. You can go one block or two from Reforma and have a very reasonably priced meal. The staff is friendly. The rooms are large with nice bathrooms. The room service menu doesn’t have prices so be careful! The buffet breakfast is very good.

First family vacay and we were expecting so much more from this hotel as advertised. They had construction that they had not previously advised. Started before 9am and went well into evening, creating lots of noise. Finally switched rooms but it took me calling 3 times and then calling 2X for service to help w/ bags. No comps offered. Had several problems with keys not working in rooms and elevators. Limited food options on-site. One young male valet service was particularly most helpful, but I barely see how this hotel is rated above 3 stars

Overall good. We stayed in a double bed suite, it was a very spacious room with fantastic views of the city. The staff was very helpful. Restaurant food in the piano bar was delicious and breakfast buffet was excellent. The only negative comment is about the lobby area, needs more seating and cleaner sofas.

Excellent customer service. Victor is amazing and the entire staff, from the great service to the beautiful rooms and beautiful staff! I will definitely be back to stay. Clean, safe and great location. Thank you for my pleasant visit

The hotel is old and hasn’t been updated in a while. Rooms are small and dark. Customer service was great and the hotel is located in a great area. However, it is not a luxury hotel as advertised.
