The room and service were very nice. I would have rated the stay very highly, however the water in the shower was very inconsistent (either scalding hot or very cold after every one minute). We also told the receptionist about this and she said she would send someone to check it out, but this didn’t change for the whole five days that we were there. So if you don’t mind the water temperature, then this is an excellent place that is very well located.

Had a really nice stay here. Friendly staff, felt very safe with front door staff.
Clean and nice facility, overall quiet. Beautiful rooftop patio. Great location for getting around Condesa and Roma neighborhoods.

I stayed in another location for part of the trip and that BeMate hotel was amazing. This particular one, BeMate Condesa, was not. Although close to Condesa, the actual neighborhood is further and not nice. The hotel offers nothing but the room. No cleaning service and no breakfast. There are no restaurants near by. The windows are terrible and you hear street noise all day and night. It is across the street from a university so there is always noise. Construction is so light that I could hear other hotel guests which seemed to be university students so the noise level was quite bothersome at night.

We had a great stay in BeMate Condesa. They were helpful and efficient and the staff were lovely. The place was clean and well presented and in a safe area. We had lots of space and a nice hot shower! There are lovely cafes and restaurants nearby too!

The condo is very nice and is located in a very nice safe place. Everything is walking distance for food or bars. They offer great costumer service. Rooms are very nice we enjoyed our stay! Definitely would come back

Conveniently located close to Metro Patriotismo. Away from the crowds and noise of downtown Mexico City but within easy reach. Very friendly staff. I would certainly go back.

Really good and comfortable place, the attendance were really friendly and nice, the had help with all necessities we had The only problem was the location that is a bit far from everything, there not many places nearby
