I really don’t understand the positive reviews of this hotel. Room does not look like the pictures, dirty and need a refurbishing. Toilet setup in a tiny space making it almost unusable, broken shower head, door does not lock. No hand soap ! When asked, receptionist said to use the one in the shower. In our room that was not accessible due to glass panel on the bathtub ! Only option was to get in the bath to reach the soap. Only positives are bed ok and aircon works well. Would not stay there again.

No reception! Staff not arsed! No hand soap! Egg making machine is a joke. We are a group of 8, working in a skill competition at the expo event centre. We are up at 530, for breakfast when it opens at 630am, so we can get our transfer at 0710, but that’s the point the staff are never ready for 630am and today they just never turned up for service. So the whole hotel didn’t get breakfast and the receptionist shuts up early afternoon and is not available in the morning- so if your travelling through Lyon- don’t stop at this place - try the KFC opposite - that’s manned more often than this place is. Oh and dont go off the web site pictures - enough said.

Hôtel impeccable,très bon accueil, chambre propre, salle de bain idem. Bonne literie. Parking sur place compris dans le prix. Petit déjeuner un peu chère mais très bien. A 10/15 minutes a pied du Groupama stadium idéal pour aller voir un match ou un concert.

Une honte !! Vérifiez les dates notées sur votre confirmation si vous la recevez!!! Ils m'ont débité de 318€ alors qu'ils se sont trompés de mois. Maintenant il n'y a personne pour assumer. 1 conseil, passez votre chemin.

2 séjours dont un long. Nous sommes très satisfaits et reviendrons sans hésitation. Le personnel irréprochable d une grande sympathie et absolument professionnel. Toujours a l écoute de nos besoins et d un accueil chalereux. Chambre bien confortable et petit déjeuner tres correct sur une plage horaire fort convenable.

Je suis venu pour un déplacement au stade de foot de Lyon. Je n'ai pas apprécié la relation clientèle de cet établissement. Egalement un dépôt de garantie de 500 euros c'est excessif pour un hôtel de ce standing. Enfin le peu de considération de la direction qui vous dit que c'est comme ça et pas autrement. Dommage l'emplacement est bon.

Le grand point fort de cet hôtel est sans conteste son emplacement: tout près du Groupama Stadium, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Pour le reste, nous avons été assez déçus... La chambre est correcte mais la salle de bains est vraiment petite, peu pratique (mention spéciale aux WC avec les genoux contre le mur!) et vieillotte. Propreté correcte sans plus. Équipement limité: un seul gobelet pour deux... Au vu du prix assez élevé (pour nos moyens) on s'attendait à mieux...
