Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu a w szczególności z pracowników najlepszy był Amine i Nader i pozostali wspaniali animatorzy. Jedzenie było dobre i pokój i bardzo miła obsługa. Plaza byla bardzo ďobra. Najbardziej mi się podobała gimnastyka w basenie.

Znakomita lokalizacja hotelu, tuż przy plaży. Plaża piaszczysta, wyrzucane przez morze wodorosty są okresowo sprzątane. Lazurowe morze rekompensuje czasowe niedogodności. Hotel leciwy, ale czysty, przyjemne pokoje/minusem jest wanna, brak kabiny prysznicowej/. Bardzo smaczna i zróżnicowana kuchnia, wspaniała obsługa w restauracji. Niedaleko /3min jazdy Taxi /duży sklep, gdzie kupisz wszystko. Ceny przystępne. Uważajcie na siebie robiąc zakupy np. podczas wycieczki objazdowej. Lokalni sklepikarze w oskubaniu turysty nie mają litości. Jeżeli wcisną Tobie wiklinowy kosz gratis, to sygnał, że padłeś ofiarą oszustwa. Hotel polecam dla osób ceniących spokój.

L hôtel dans son ensemble est très correct mais ne correspond pas à un 5 étoiles aux normes européennes . Notre chambre était très bien, joliment décorée. Le restaurant propose un buffet très varié à chaque repas. Chacun peut trouver ce qu’il aime !!! Le buffet de desserts est également varié.. les oranges et citrons sont à déguster!! Un pur délice!! Le personnel est très sympathique !! Une dédicace particulière à notre bartender Lamine Chaaben qui nous a concocté de délicieux Blue Lagoon !!!!discret..souriant ..et serviable!!! Un 5/5 au service de la Clientèle !!!! Seul bémol la plage n’est pas exceptionnelle et l environnement non plus!! Si vous restez dans le club tout est réuni : grande piscine, animations, boutique, café maure où vous pourrez boire le thé à la menthe et fumer la chicha,,..

Nous avons passé une semaine à l’Hotel Ulysse -Très bonne restauration buffet copieux et variés … produits frais très bonne surprise ; certains serveurs sont toutefois peu sympathiques d’autres excellents ! -Thalassothérapie : excellentes prestations : accueil / planning / personnel / qualités des soins / propreté : très bon niveau Merci Ymen pour ses conseils et bravo à Raouf pour ses massages parfaits ! -Hotel : accueil glacial et peu professionnel… explications succinctes.. Soucis de chambre vue mur au lieu de vue mer comme réservé via notre agence …. Avalanche de Non à nos demandes : pas de délogement possible (hôtel loin d’être complet..) pas de deuxième clef (peu confortable lorsque vous êtes 2 en cure avec des soins décalés ) pas de réservation possible au restaurant à la carte (complet) pas de monnaie en Euros … obligation de faire du change .. bref gros soucis à ce niveau … vraiment pas du 5 étoiles Grâce à notre agence nous avons pu demmenager dans une belle chambre vue mer rénovée … nous avons évité la réception pendant tout notre séjour ! Dommage c’était presque parfait ! Le bâtiment est toutefois en très mauvais état extérieur

Hôtel en cours de rénovation Petits couacs parfois avec certaines personnes du personnel mais la saison ne fait que commencer et globalement ils sont plutôt sympathiques et plein de bonne volonté Les chambres supérieures sont spacieuses et le ménage est très bien fait tous les jours La plage est propre et très bien entretenue L’équipe d’animation est bien présente mais pas du tout insistante Les responsables de l’hôtel sont très vigilants et ont vraiment à cœur que vous passiez un très bon séjour Par contre, si vous avez l’habitude des vrais 5 étoiles et du luxe qui va avec m, je ne vous le conseillerai pas tel qu’il est aujourd’hui… À voir dans le temps après les rénovations J’y retourne en juin et je vous redonnerai mon avis après les travaux de réfection terminés Djerba reste un très bel endroit à visiter et les djerbiens sont très accueillants

Cannot understand why this is a 5*! The place was dirty. We complained and were moved to a different room with a proper sea view. We told the Rep that the piano in the main bar area was dusty, it was then cleaned. However a window sill near the indoor pool was dusty all week. Husband was served a brandy in a dirty glass that had a lipstick stain on it. Paint was peeling, taps were corroded, the lift was rusty. The à la carte was not gastronomic, husband had one prawn served with his cold spaghetti and the waiter's response was that he would warm it up! Every table we sat at had a broken/cracked glass. The majority of guests were over 65 yet the DJ continued to play music more suitable for an 18-30 holiday. Not a very good experience here

Séjour très agréable au sein de cet hôtel en bord de plage, personnel très agréable professionnel et souriant notamment Nadia pour l’entretien des chambres et Karima aux fourneaux (ainsi que tous les autres membres aussi bien présent matin, midi et soir à nos petit soins). Mention spéciale pour Houssem qui nous a permis de réaliser toute les activités que nous souhaitions et plus encore ! Chambre avec vue sur mer correcte qui correspondait à nos attentes.

Séjour très agréable Nous avons pu modifier lors de notre arrivée pour des chambres Swim Up avec un supplément et nous ne regrettons pas. Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle. L'emplacement est idyllique. Spéciale dédicace pour le chef de réception très attentionné et à l'écoute de ses clients Merci infiniment d’avoir tout mis en œuvre pour satisfaire notre demande.
