Gaia Residence Hotel

A brilliant place for family and friends. Phenomenal service and friendly atmosphere. I recommend everyone to use the pools who visits these city. Apartments very comfortable and perfectly located near the lift. Come here and have fun!!

Friendly staff, very cosy place where you can feel really relaxed after a day on the slope. Not too many people when I visited. I would recommend that place for couples. Outdoor pool unique. As well as the whole SPA area. Well communicated. Worth it!

We stayed at Gaia Wellness Residence last week (end of March 2022) and skied in the nearby mountains. From the first email to leaving, Andrea and his team were welcoming, helpful and professional. We really enjoyed the property, the room was warm, comfortable, spacious and very clean. The pool and spa were beautiful and easy to use and I noticed that they are extending the facility even further. Breakfast was a delicious buffet of Italian and continental fare with really good coffee and the local restaurants were also superb. The location is perfect, with great views across the mountain and very regular ski bus to Marilleva for the bubble to the pistes. We walked it a couple of times and it was only 10 minutes. Andrea arranged our ski passes and recommended some local restaurants, he helped us with travel chargers (we brought American ones by mistake) and he also lent me some crutches after I managed to injure my leg. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole holiday. Thank you to Andrea, his wife and the whole team, we hope to be back next year.

Sono ormai anni che frequentiamo questa location per la nostra settimana bianca. La struttura è ubicata in un piccolo paesino, in un contesto tranquillo, a pochi minuti da Marilleva 900, internamente è ben tenuta e la pulizia è ad alti livelli. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, anche la zona spa è ben curata e rilassante, con una piscina interna ed una esterna riscaldata che affaccia verso un ruscello nel pieno della val di sole. Fare il bagno in piscina riscaldata sotto la neve è un’esperienza incredibile!!! I proprietari sono straordinari, ed Andrea è una persona disponibile, simpatica e soprattutto molto professionale. Super consigliato.

Consiglio la struttura a tutti coloro i quali desiderano trascorrere un soggiorno sulle Dolomiti a un prezzo onesto. Andrea, il proprietario, è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo per consigli, domande e necessità di ogni sorta. Ho scelto il suo hotel per trascorrere le vacanze di Capodanno con amici e fidanzata e nonostante il periodo di altissima stagione sia lui che la struttura erano pronti ad accogliere tutti gli ospiti e le relative esigenze. Ottimi collegamenti con lo SkiBus (passa lì davanti), piscina e Area Wellness in generale sono un plus non da poco. Gli ambienti erano puliti e ospitali, ampio spazio dedicato alla prima colazione e deposito per asciugare scarponi e attrezzatura da neve.

Prezzo veramente economico per famiglia per tutto il giorno,posto tranquillo e accogliente,piscine calde con una vista montagne e saune fantastiche. Armadietti privati e idem per i spogliatoi. Personale d’oro e cordiale,ci ritornerò di sicuro!!

Struttura accogliente, proprietari fantastici, gentili e super disponibili. Tutto impeccabile, per non parlare della zona Wellness, da non perdere. Posizione super strategica, a due minuti dalla stazione. Colazione eccellente. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
