Costa Norte Boutique Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff, particularly Ovi, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Ovi's attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly stood out, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel itself is in a prime location, conveniently situated close to both shopping areas and the beach, allowing for easy access to both leisure and necessities. One of the highlights of my stay was the affordable parking options available at the hotel. In a city where parking fees can quickly add up, it was a relief to find a hotel that offered such reasonable rates for parking. Additionally, the rooms were mostly clean, small, and had a couple things that need attention, but still providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. The exceptional service, ideal location, and affordable amenities truly make it a standout choice. Receptionist was sketchy and when you needed customer service no one picked up the phone and no one would be at the front desk.

Ovi was so amazing and helpful. The hotel felt safe. Our bathroom did not have a handle on the door so we could easily get locked!! It is pretty much unmanaged. No one was there do check in or check out only ovi. The first night all three of us had to sleep ok our queen bed.

Checking was fine, front desk helpful, but room was not great. Shower seriously leaked water and came through the wall. Description on ******* not exactly right. There is no $10 hotel parking and the room I booked advertised capacity of 3 but was just 1 bed. Bed was comfortable and location right off of boardwalk (2 blocks) and Italian restaurant next door very good.

The front desk is mainly contactless, but worked out. The hotel attendant Ovi was very helpful and accommodating.

Parking was free after 6pm until 8 am. But since it was public parking and there was lots of events in the area, it was hard to find parking. The hotel itself doesn’t provide parking and is a little tough to find. Also, if you check in late you will have to check in via text message.

Highly recommended, very clean and comfy , I loved it! And the customer service was excellent too!

Never again, especially after not being offered a refund for the facility not having electricity for two days. Carpets smells like piss. Room furniture was disgusting.

It was a nice spot right on North Beach but was a private and safe little spot. Friendly service. Will come back again!
