Good location with nice layout right on beach. Within walking or biking distance to pretty much anything.

The Sagamore was beautiful. Despite it being an older building, the upkeep was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. The pool was heated, the recreation areas were neat and comfy, there were plenty of services and amenities offered, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I did request a laundry bag and price slip, the first night I was there and, after being told it would be delivered shortly, it never showed up. Not enough to ruin the experience by any means, but enough to mention it so that their staff can up their training.
Overall a great experience.

Everything about The Sagamore is average from client service, to food, to the cleaning of the rooms. It underwhelms on every level

Great staff! Great location with beach access and easy walk to Lincoln Road shopping and restaurants. The heated pool is a big plus especially on cloudy days.

Love how the suite allows my daughters privacy while I am comfortable on sofa , kitchenette coffee etc for my early wake up, gym, swim

Good enough for the price. Wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again. No idea why their keycard system doesn't work. Almost every time we wanted to access our room we had to go back to the lobby to have them reprogram our room keys. Also no idea why they decided to paint the hallways a dark shade of gray that makes you feel like you're walking down a prison hallway.
