They charge you resort fee and charge you things you never consume. Poor room and AC doesn’t work. Please avoid this hotel

First floor amazing. Hallways and rooms smell like *****, old mold and rooms have old ripped furniture. Pool closes at 6pm. I canceled my stay here and went somewhere else

the cleaning of rooms: despite repeated requests and information to reception and the room service unit, the cleaning of rooms was very late, poor quality or completely absent on some days; trying to talk to the cleaning staff didn't work as they didn't speak English
violently high volume of heavy club music by the pool, almost unbearable; sunbeds were only allocated to half the family due to lack of chairs; ongoing disruptive and noisy construction work on hotel grounds that needed to be overruled may have played a role regarding the violently loud sound volume is a not too bold guess
internet broken half the stay; the hotel seemed in no rush to repair; for business-related activities, we were referred to a local café a few km away
Otherwise ok for the price but do not expect 4,5 star level quality

We had a wonderful time at the Nautilus Hotel. Canela and Melody are very helpful and accommodated our requests at check in. The pool is clean and the food is delicious. Edwin at the restaurant is very helpful. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

We love staying at nautilus! It’s our second stay here and will keep coming back. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is close to restaurants and very walkable but away from a lot of noise and the crowds. We love the pool and beach front staff.

Brutal room and bought a coffee and a muffin for $19. More expensive than Paris and NY 5 star hotels.

It is an overpriced, worn-out hotel with expensive and tiny rooms with relatively poor soundproofing, especially between rooms. We stayed for four nights: for the first two days, no cleaning crew visited our room, so I had to call and request cleaning. Best experience was the pool and restaurant service, food ok - nothing special. I've stayed in four other hotels along Collins Ave, this one is the lowest on price-quality. I’ve also stayed with Sonesta in Cambridge and Coconut Grove, this one is by far the weakest of them all. Sad as location is great.

Hotel was very old VERY DARK in hallways to rooms. You could hear everything in every room. Do not go here if you want rest and relaxation. Staff is not helpful barely even acknowledges guests. Floors are filthy! Never again’
