I loved everything, very good location and service. A little nuance: the pool area is quite small, there are often wasn’t enough sun-beds for all guests.

We booked the hotel off location. We looked at the pictures and reviews. We arrived and did not expect the overall poor quality of the hotel. The bathroom was dirty. The floor was uneven. The room was freezing. When asked how to make it warmer, they said there was no heat in the hotel. We even took out the batteries to the ac and it still ran super cold. We basically paid just for The location.

Tired, not that clean, great housekeeping, not a value hotel and no bells and whistles. You can do much better and are paying for a location across from the national hotel.

The bed sheets had stains on them, beds themselves were quite small and very springy mattresses - not very comfortable. The staff were fine, not very friendly. The area is fantastic for what we had planned, the cafes around the hotel were incredible.

The air condition has operating issues. Made noise and control of temp didn't work. Noise from outside late into the night made it hard to sleep well.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were smooth. The pool area is super cute; we used it quite bit during our 2 night stay, even just to sit around it and have coffee or cocktails. Coffee and tea are included, which was great. Another fantastic amenity is the use of beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach (cost is included in your resort fee). The rooms and bathroom are on the small side, but clean and very comfortable. Having a mini fridge in the room is pretty rare for a Sobe hotel, so we were super happy with that. We came mid-week, so maybe that was helpful, but we found it very quiet and had no issues sleeping (unlike some other hotels we’ve stayed at on Collins. Lastly - the location can’t be beat! 1 block to the ocean and 1 block to Lincoln Road. Will definitely be back!

The property is very convenient. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to so many dining options. The rooms are not the greatest. It's an old property and they've tried to make it look modern. The walls are paper thin - at night, I heard my neighbors playing their music and laughing. In the morning, I was woken up by my neighbors having loud morning sex. The staff is okay. It can get busy sometimes, but they try their best, and there is usually only one person working the front desk. Overall, it was an okay experience. I would here for a quick trip, but wouldn't stay here for longer than 2 or 3 nights.
