Very sad hotel with a lot of paint. Dirty bathroom, dirty floors, and extremely uncomfortable bed. Do not stay here. The picture are a lie. Stay somewhere else. Trust me.

I took pictures of the bed sheets, there was hair, blood and they smelled like never been washed before. Horrible for the price. It’s been more than a week an I haven’t even received the “deposit money”. Horrible

When you book an hotel in Miami Beach you expect something better but this place is old and dirty. I think this is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in my life. Bathrooms uncomfortable, towels old and stinky, bedsheets maybe older than me. Just not what you expect from Miami Beach.

The Notebook was cost effective, but feels a bit tired.
The $30 parking per night is a nuisance on top of the room rate.

Broken elevator, additional fees, nothing was clean or kept in good repair. The only redeeming feature of this propety is it's location.

The first person we dealt with at the hotel was at the end of a busy shift and not in the best behaviour. Floors were dirty heading upstairs and when we got to our room our toilet didn’t have a seat also wouldn’t flush. I did speak to the next agent at the desk and he was lovely, couldn’t fix the problem but was very kind

When we initially checked in the said it was $25 to do early check in even though the email said they had complimentary check in after 2:00 PM. The room was dirty the sheets and blanket smelled terrible. There were stains on the mattress and on the pillow cases. We had to ask for a towel because they only gave us one and they guy at the front desk was upset about it and gave it to us with an attitude. The TV was very tiny and the Roku remote didn’t work unless you stood directly in front of the tv. Simon was very dismissive when we initially checked in and explained to him that the email told us we could do complimentary check in. We had to pay a location fee which they didn’t tell us when we booked. We didn’t have toilet paper and when we asked for some it took forever to get it. DO NOT STAY HERE the pictures on the website are very deceiving!
