Jolie chambre bien équipée au calme à 10mn de la mer dans une rue paisible et safe. Tv wifi Un jardin au calme et une grande pièce avec tv coin cuisine offerte aux clients. Petit déjeuner très complet excellent Accueil très gentil

The location is perfect, especially if you are coming by car, you can park your car at the premises behind a gate. Walking to Miami Beach is 15 minutes. We were less happy with the room. The room is small but that in itself is not so much of an issue as there is a common area with a sofa and plenty of room to sit. It is also possible to sit outside in the shade. The room needs urgent maintenance/painting and is noisy. In the bathroom the towel rack came from the wall and the hook at the inside of the door was broken and could not be used anymore. The room is at the ground floor and the owner lives on the first floor but you can hear them walking and talking as the ceiling/floor seems to be made of wood. The bed sheets are also quite old and they don’t look as if they are clean. They are certainly not ironed. Breakfast is good but only served from 8.30am, which is quite late. Also the owner does not speak English very well so it is difficult to communicate. We will not come back here. Too expensive for the (lack of) quality.

I have never written a bad review for any hotel/b&b before, and I travel a lot. But this place was so disgusting and the owners were so appalling that I felt it was necessary to write one. There was a cockroach infestation in my room. There were other problems that made this place uninhabitable (hair on the sheets, impossible to lock the door, water didn’t drain from the sink, faucet was impossible to turn on, owners refused to wear masks when I told them I was visiting my 97-year-old grandma, breakfast was inedible). But the main issue was the cockroaches- they came from the bathroom, where there were also cockroach droppings on the sink, but they were also in the bedroom. When I told the owners about the cockroach infestation the morning after I discovered it, I was expecting them to apologize and ask what they could do to make up for it. Instead, they argued with me for over an hour that they didn’t have cockroaches, even after I showed them photos and the droppings on the sink. Finally, one owner admitted it was a problem, said he was sorry, and said they would reimburse me but that I had to do it through ***********. But then when I spoke to *********** later, they said they called Villa Venezia and that the owners said they never agreed to reimburse me and would not be refunding me. So on top of a miserable b&b experience, the owners lied. They promised to reimburse me and then told *********** they did not. I couldn’t more highly recommend that you do NOT stay here.

The staff was very attentive and the place was well kept. It is very close to the port of Miami if you are cruising

We had such a nice stay at Villa Venezia BB! Ivone was incredible! We had a super warm welcome and they were so accommodating with all our needs. The check-in and out was easy and the property easy to find. The breakfast was so nice and we enjoyed meeting some of the other guests. We felt like we were with family. We would highly recommend staying here. We really enjoyed it.

Very nice and well maintained property lead by a very friendly Italien host, who at any point in time was ready to help. Great breakfast with best coffee in Miami (potentially even Florida). The room was a bit tiny for three adults, however we only stayed one night. Hence it was OK. All in all I can recommend the place with pricing being adequate.

My husband and I stayed here for one night after disembarking a Caribbean cruise. The owner was super sweet and welcoming. He met us at the front gate for check in. We we were able to text with him before hand to schedule an arrival time. The room was very comfortable and the neighborhood was great. There is an awesome place to get greek food (Meraki Gyro & Bakery) a couple of blocks away and there is also a great coffee shop nearby (Cafe Umbria). Both the greek food and coffee shop were within walking distance. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to stay here again in the future!
