Fantastic property, apartments are spacious and very clean. Appreciated the good communication, easy check-in, stocked kitchens, and washer/dryer. Best property in South Beach!

Excellent value for money and quality. We got much more from this apartment than we expected. Excellent location (ocean, grocery store, restaurants, public transport, parking) everything you need is within walking distance. Very spacious, bright, cozy apartment, fully equipped kitchen, excellent soundproofing...) On the top floor of this house there is an outdoor pool and a pleasant relaxation area. There were small negative nuances, but they were so insignificant that they did not spoil the good impression of staying in this apartment. I confidently recommend this place for a vacation with family and friends.

The property is set in a great location. Everything fun is nearby walking distance. The unit had a washer/dryer, kitchen, everything I needed for my long term stay. The staff was great, helpful and attentive. I look forward to coming back and staying there.

Perfect location very close to the beach and shops. The apartment is very well equipped but old and needs a refurnishing. Staff was great

I like everything of the property.
Communication was superb, the area was quite and safe to walk at all times.
If I have to change anything, it would be the mattress and pillows, as it was uncomfortable.

Alleyway entrance door did not lock property leaving the property open to security issues.

The property was nice and street parking was always available. Although the apartment was nice it could’ve been much cleaner and can use a bomb for roaches, they weren’t overwhelming but we could’ve done without their presence for our entire stay.

Great affordable place to stay and very close to ocean drive and the beach. Only issue was in the master bedroom it has sheer drapes that gets too much light so it’s really bright when trying to sleep. I would definitely recommend and would also rent again.
