Dream South Beach by Hyatt

Absolutely beautiful room, and even more amazing staff. The staff was very accommodating to any needs and were so kind and helpful. Location was perfect a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back next time we are in Miami!

Hotel muito bem localizado, ótimo atendimento. Uma pena não ter café da manhã, mas voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel um dia de novo.

El día 8 de Enero me encontraba durmiendo en la habitación y personal del hotel ingreso a la misma a las 9:00 a.m. cuando debía realizar el check out a las 12:00, siendo una experiencia muy desagradable. Además cuando me fui a quejar a recepción la persona me contestó que el personal había "seguido los protocolos". Finalmente cuando me entregaron la cuenta había utilizado sólo un día de Valet Parking y me estaban cobrando 7 días de Valet Parking, por lo tanto revisen bien la cuenta porque si pueden se aprovechan de los huéspedes. Muy mala experiencia!

Great hotel but did not receive a single VIP upgrade even though I asked for it. Probably got the worst room.

The staff is excellent. The young lady my second day there moved my room for me due to some things not working. I forget her name but she was there the morning of my overnight stay. The only thing I expected was the property to be a little more updated for the price they charge. Maybe a restaurant on site with complimentary breakfast not just water in the lobby.

I liked the ease of parking in front of the hotel. The only issue I had was been on the first floor right next to an outside area where loud music was playing all night long till probably departure 1:00 am in the morning, I would not stay in room 109 again or anywhere on the 1st floor. Late check out till 12pm was nice complimentary. The 2 chairs and towels provided at the beach was a highlight. Shower was perfect and hot even though area for the bathroom was small. Staff very professional and nice, concierge was excellent on shopping and directions.

The property was beautiful and while I liked the dim lights it was a little too dim especially in the room when getting ready. But can I just say the tacos (birria specifically) were out of this world and they had a server named Sasha who was an absolute doll and so welcoming. The pool was small but perfect for a little intimate getaway. I would’ve preferred a variety of music but they stuck to a specific style most of the time. I would recommend this spot and definitely visit again.

Beautiful older building, well maintained. However noise transfer from hallway and surrounding rooms was troubling. Thankfully I travel with ear plugs
