Absolutely beautiful room, and even more amazing staff. The staff was very accommodating to any needs and were so kind and helpful. Location was perfect a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back next time we are in Miami!

Hotel muito bem localizado, ótimo atendimento. Uma pena não ter café da manhã, mas voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel um dia de novo.

El día 8 de Enero me encontraba durmiendo en la habitación y personal del hotel ingreso a la misma a las 9:00 a.m. cuando debía realizar el check out a las 12:00, siendo una experiencia muy desagradable. Además cuando me fui a quejar a recepción la persona me contestó que el personal había "seguido los protocolos". Finalmente cuando me entregaron la cuenta había utilizado sólo un día de Valet Parking y me estaban cobrando 7 días de Valet Parking, por lo tanto revisen bien la cuenta porque si pueden se aprovechan de los huéspedes. Muy mala experiencia!

I lived the privacy of our room eventhough we had an outdoor suite, it was still super private. The food we had at the pool was amazing! Would torally recommed to every and any one!

Ground floor room was impossibly dark and quite small. No counter space in the W/C and terrible lighting made it impossible to put on makeup or do my hair. Totally fine for a beachy weekend but my fiancé and I agreed we wouldn’t have been able to get dressed up or do much else in such a small dark room. Also seemed like all the linens were dried too hot and smelled like burnt hair.

Me and my husband had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was so nice and classy. The rooftop pool and bar was very nice.

The staff at Dream was outstanding. I had a problem with the first room I was assigned at the hotel. My room was changed immediately and the staff even upgraded us to the penthouse for our last night. Excellent customer service!

The check in was a bit delayed, arrived early but couldn't get in until 5PM, they said because the person before had a late (4PM checkout). Unfortunately we were placed in room 101 - which overlooks noisy dumpsters and right next to a stairwell door that opens constantly. I recommend if you're given room 101 to ask for another. Overall, the hotel was clean, so no issue there, which is most important.
Another note: at about 9:15AM someone opened the door (I assume housekeeping) - we had the sliding door lock on so they didn't get in.
