This hotel was affordable and in a great location. Check in was super easy, and every staff we encounter was so kind and willing to help! Also the door keys are waterproof wrist bands which is super cool.
I only knocked stars off amenities because it should say somewhere that this hotel is 2 floors with no elevator. We were not expecting to have to lug our 50lb luggage up steep stairs and it was quite the workout. I also took stars off cleanliness because while the hotel common spaces were clean, the room bathroom left something to be desired. It just looked like it was cleaned in a super rush, and spots were missed.
Overall I’m VERY happy with my stay, but I felt like it would have been nice to know ahead of time about the elevator.

Hotel is conveniently located but a bit tricky to find initially. The address brings you to the back of the hotel where there’s no through access. There’s no elevator so be prepared to haul your bags up the narrow staircase. There’s also no pool, I’m not sure where this picture listed is from but it’s definitely not here. The owners work at the hotel and are the servicing agents, cleaners, etc. so they try to make your experience a good one. They were friendly and attentive during our stay. I would recommend for an adult trip, the elevator and lack of pool may make traveling with kids a bit more challenging.

We booked the King room 3 months in advance and were told when checking in that the King room was not available. How unprofessional is that?
On *******, it says "covered self parking on site (USD 35 per day; inlud...", exactly that. We thought the parking fee is included in the hotel fee, and there is no saying that we have to deposit $50 for the parking card as well.
When we tried to explain that, the front staff said we need to book a room with the hotel directly or go talk to *******, what does that even mean? Anyway, thank you for the wonderful experience.

Their ice machine was not working they got another source from somewhere on the property and then it ran out of ice. But the staff was super friendly and it was very convenient and walkable to lots of restaurants and shops and bars

The property is in a good location. However, the hotel does not have an elevator which it's a huge inconvenience as a guest. They don't offer to take the luggage to the room. This should be a must if they don't have an elevator. They can also work on keeping the rooms cleaner.

The stay was okay but I never received my security deposit back. I will NEVER stay there again. I stayed there from 2 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Did not damage any property, we just went to sleep. Smh

The staff was so nice and welcoming. The price and location were good. The room was well air conditioned. BUT the room .. no hair dryer, the bed uncomfortable, the floor dirty, the shower wouldn’t drain, no comforter, room smelled of mold.
