If you didn’t have a car, there was absolutely nothing in the area that you could walk to. Maybe Dunkin’ Donuts and a Cuban fast food chicken restaurant. There was a very very busy street that was extremely dangerous to cross where you could get to a few more restaurants, but nowhere where you could just take a walk and see the sights.

Did not like the lack of flexibility with respect to the payment. In addition I prefer organistions customer facing staff to be expert in managing/using the reservation interface

Elevator was not working. Directed us all the way around the hotel to another elevator. I have limited mobility and they could not accommodate me on the first floir

The room with a little living room and kitchen is great for families
breakfast is good
stuff is friendly and helpful
parking is easy
the only negative note is housekeeping
our stay was 7 days and in 3 occasions housekeeping did not show up.
furthermore when they did make up the room they did not clean very well

No shuttle available. Came down at prescribed time, nobody around except an empty shuttle. Front desk told me it was full but it's sitting right here with nobody around.
