地處藍色瀉湖環境優美，早餐不錯，邊吃邊賞景是一種享受。房間很大，設施齊全乾凈。服務很好，需要幫助時他們都很熱心。

Pickup at airport took long. Hotel was called several times before they answered to let them know the shuttle pickup station. ******* and hotel didn't link that the reservation was prepaid. They charged me twice for the room which was returned but hasn't posted in my account. Great way to start a vacation!

We were there overnight to board cruise the next day and found out that our cruise departure was delayed. The hotel was able to hold our luggage and gave us a later check out, and our daughters were able to swim and enjoy the pool while we waited to board our cruise ship.

the convenience and room for the family
I didn't like the fact they do not offer free parking for guests :-(

This is our 2nd time staying here before leaving for a cruise. This hotel works great for our family of four. We get a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms a king and 2 queens it’s a great way to start our vacation. The only thing to be careful if you use the free airport pickup be careful to take the correct shuttle we.counted 6 different vans that all had Hilton blue lagoon on them all going to different places be sure to ask if it’s going to Homewood suites blue lagoon airport. The complimentary breakfast is very good.

Pros: beautiful location, quiet property, convenient access to local attractions
Cons: Parking is expensive, there's no room service unless requested 24 hrs advance

Too few luggage carts & Housekeeping needs to be notified a day before to schedule service (clean towels, cleaning) for the room: totally ridiculous! Will not stay there again.
Very good breakfast and attentive kitchen staff!

The staff was amazing. The gentleman that worked the front desk on 12/18 around 10am was phenomenal. We had just gotten off a cruise ship and had no where to go before check in at 4, so we went right to the hotel. He helped us get checked in early and was so kind and helpful, despite many other people on the phone or in the lobby who were not being kind to him. He set up a cab for us for an airport transport the next morning and made the entire experience seamless. The area was walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel near the airport!!
