I loved the view and the big mirror, however the tv box was messed up the jet tub didn’t work, and they didn’t tell us. Our host didn’t walk us up or tell us anything we needed to know.

Property location and view from unit was excellent. But property itself had issues. By coincidence I had stayed in the same property a year ago. I had no idea about the unit number because they do not assign at the time of booking I noticed the issues I had pointed out year ago were still the same after one year that means nothing was taken care of the shower in second bathroom was not working had a very little flow. The sink in both bathrooms were not draining properly, and nothing had been taken care, we faced the same issues. I called for maintenance. The guy came but he said he could not fix it. It needs replacement. I called 45 times to get new towels and I was told somebody will bring but we stayed for four nights and no one came till we checked out. I don’t think that should be acceptable especially when the issue has been going on for one year.

Too many rules for people staying in the property.
think about simplifying them as I was confused and under tension when leaving.
I was there for a business trip and I did not have a chance to read everything.
I was not there for fun as life is busy at work.

Great apartment - well appointed throughout / killer view of Biscayne Bay and the City scape / nice deck and overall location to shopping, restaurants, walking / running / biking / parks etc. Will stay again.

Appalling check in and check out! Great staff in the gym! The certain staff in the pool area and the bar should not be in the hospitality business at all! I’ll think twice before staying here again!

My room was extremely hot my entire stay. My host was nowhere to be found after giving me the keys, and the maintenance guys never came to fix the problem.

We really enjoyed the views, kitchen, and comfortable bed. The only issue was the lightening in the bedroom (it was flickering and eventually went out) and the water in the shower didn’t get as hot as we wouldn’t it to. But those little issues didn’t ruin our stay. We still loved it!! Thanks.
