Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Midway - Tallahassee West

Bed skirt was ripped. Room was sterile, felt like a hospital. Room needed softening. Drapes, towels hung in towel bars would even help. Furniture had hard sharp edges and was not comfortable at all. Doors, doorways and floors need to be refinished.

Property is rather rundown. It was clean and newly painted but seems it needs a full makeover

Property was cleaned, staff was nice, but the bed sound like there was a tornado every time we sat or turned, we thought it was outside or inside somewhere. All night we kept waking up with the noise for the first night , in the morning we ask a staff about it he said it Was the bed, he wanted to change the room, but it was only one day left to check out , we decided to stay in the room.

It was disgusting. The pool was inoperable and that was a factor in choosing to stay there. The floor left our feet black.

The staff was very kind and proper,; however, the property itself has some issues. For example, my in-laws’ room had a damaged shower head and couldn’t take a shower the three days they were there. Instead, they had to use the spout. They reported this issue to Housekeeping, but it went unchecked. The surroundings look sketchy, and at times, during the day, the business/car wash next to the building blast the most obscene, strident music. The property is down a very dark road and surrounded by woods. A younger person wouldn’t likely feel unsafe driving there at night, but the elderly would probably feel insecure driving into or out of this property after sunset. Had we not had to bite the bullet because we had to attend our daughters graduation, we wouldn’t have stayed there, especially for the steep price we had to pay because of the peak graduation weekend.

Easy on and off freeway great staff decent beakfast property hallways lock on one end but not the outside access, great for a onenight stay

People was really nice!! I got so aggravated having to go to the front desk every night to redo my room key!! My fridge didn’t work!! It smelt like sewer really bad!!

Outside of the hotel giving my king bed room I booked to someone else, the stay wasn't too bad. It was good for what we needed; a quick place to stay for the night. Breakfast offered several options & the coffee was pretty good.
