A warm and welcoming family run hotel furnished in traditional Austrian style. Excellent food and ambience and genuine hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with smiling banter. Comfortable and super clean. Good parking, nice spa area and lovely warm lounge area with original tiled oven.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce bel hôtel un peu à l ecart de la route nationale donc nuits très calmes et géré par une très gentille famille. Nous avions la chambre habich au 1er étage, exactement comme sur la description. Les repas étaient excellents, et le bon Aperol spritz préparé par Mr blamen au bar délicieux.tout l hôtel est très propre. Nous avons bien profité de l espace spa qui est très beau. L eau de la piscine était très bien. Que dire si ce n'est que nous reviendrons avec plaisir. L hôtel nous donne aussi la stubaicard qui permet de profiter des transports publics ainsi que des cabines téléphériques gratuitement ainsi que plein d'autres avantages. Si nous devions trouver une critique alors peut être un rafraîchissement de la 1ère salle à manger, mais ce n'est qu un détail. À bientôt

Die engagierte Familie schafft eine sehr angenehm Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Das Abendessen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und hat Sternequalität. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und Sonderwünsche wie z.B. verschiedene Eierspeisen oder frische Fruchtsaftgetränke werden erfüllt. Die ruhig Lage im Ort und die bequeme Betten garantieren einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Serles Bergbahn liegt in Laufweite vom Hotel. Ein super Hotelservice ist die Stubai Card, die eine kostenfrei Beförderung aller Bergbahnen im Stubaital ermöglicht. Da wir spät gebucht hatten, waren nur noch die "Standard Zimmer" verfügbar. Diese haben den Landhaus Charme der 70er Jahre mit kleinem Bad sind aber sauber und gut gepflegt. Aber es gibt ja auch die höherwertigen Zimmer. Also empfiehlt es sich früh zu buchen. Da wir nach anstrengenden Wanderungen gerne einen großzügen Sauna- und Wellnessbereich nutzen, wurden unsere Wünsche diesbezüglich nicht ganz erfüllt. Aber dass ist auch die einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit aus unserer Sicht. Das Stubaital bietet enorm viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderer aller "Fitnessstufen", sodass wir ganz bestimmt wieder im Hotel Serles anfragen werden.
