Great hotel for my children. So much to do and try. Rooms nicely decorated, but a bit noisy.

This hotel is amazing for young kids who like sports!!! Parents don’t go here for a relaxing weekend. The dinner wasn’t good but breakfast was great. Our kids cried when we left. Lovely surroundings with lots to do. Swimming pool and indoor play area were a huge hit too.

The Electric Vehicle charging stations at HUP cost double the cost of charging stations in the same area, HUP knows but they simply pass blame to their energy provider even though it’s HUP’s supplier on their own property.

Nice and clean hotel but very expensive. Nice facilities and breakfast. The bar and lounge lovely. Has plenty parking spaces. Swimming pools very nice and warm. With same money you can rent a whole house in the countryside there but this is the only option in Mierlo really, no other hotels there to offer real competition.

It was a great experience, we stayed as three families and enjoyed every moment. The breakfast was great and the staff was professional. The activities and the pool area was also well designed. Just keep it in your mind that Wednesday the pool area is only for adults.

The concept is great and the facilities are good however the restaurant is really bad. Breakfast buffet is quite ok but the rest really isn’t good. Most staff members seem to be student, they’re very helpful and friendly but need to be coached by professionals to improve their customer service skills.
The kids loved the playground and the other activities available so we will certainly come back.
There should be towels made available at the swimming pool for hotel residents.

The hotel was very dirty especially in the public areas, and was not cleaned the next day as well.
The fitness center is amazing!
The restaurant is ok, nothing special and the service was polite but very unprofessional, but I think they tried their best.
Service in the reception was like the restaurant.

It was good if you like lots of Children around you. Very noisy in restaurants and meal portions are small. Front desk staff very confused with English speaking customers at time. No real options for dining nearby
