We stayed at this accommodation for two nights while attending the Taylor Swift concert at San Siro, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The venue is conveniently close to the concert venue, although it is situated in a somewhat dodgy part of town. Once you look past the surrounding area, you'll find that the venue itself is spacious and neat. The entrance is from a muddy dirt road, which resulted in our car getting an unexpected mud paint job on the way in. However, this was a minor inconvenience. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The pool was accessible and a great feature to have near our room, providing a nice place to relax. Our room was clean and tidy, although we did encounter an issue with our air conditioner screeching in the middle of the night. Despite this, we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a really nice selection, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day. A note to other travelers: it's best to get to breakfast early. If you arrive after 9am, there tends to be less available. Also, make sure to ask reception for the codes to the gate so you can park your car inside. We saw lots of signs and read about potential car break-ins outside the gates, so parking inside is definitely the safer option. Despite a few minor issues, our stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend this venue for anyone attending events at San Siro. The convenience, friendly staff, and great amenities made it a good choice for our concert getaway.

Booked two nights at this hotel, but didn't stay longer than an hour due to the terrible living conditions of the horses, donkeys & other animals living on the 'farm'. Advertised as a farm stay near Milan, it's actually a block of rooms with a swimming pool & not much else. Too far to walk to any shops/restaurants if you arrive there by taxi, you really need to have a car. The actual rooms are fine, clean & spacious. The pool is ok, too. However, the poor horses are all terribly thin, standing around in their own droppings & one has a huge weeping sore on his upper leg, covered with puss & flies. The donkeys are in good body condition (other than their feet in desperate need of a trim) but only have a green, slimy wet area for drinking water. We left as we couldn't stay knowing the state the poor animals were in. The manager was not at all interested or concerned & only shrugged when we said this was not acceptable. Terrible place, to be avoided at all cost!

Very comfortable and clean rooms, beautiful location, staff very friendly and accommodating. Only downside is there are no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room. They make a lof of their produce in house and it is beautiful!

Just a great place to be next to Milano. 10 minutes by car from metro station Bisceglie. Kind and serving staff without being intrusive. I recommend for a stay in Milan outside the crowded city centre, in the middle of a charming agricultural place. Two swimming pools and few rooms so no overbooking. Restaurant on site and in the area

I have never been more divided, or had a harder time making a review in here. For several things are good about the hotel, probably also better than the pictures in here so far have shown. Among other things, there is a new built pool, which in the right weather is great to use. The rooms are nice too. The breakfast is narrow but approved. And then there are only 20 rooms, so you will hardly ever be filled with people. However, the lack of catering options drags down as it is not possible to get anything other than breakfast at the hotel. You are thus forced to spend more or less all day on tour. And this is exactly what costs at least one star. For the location is simply hopeless. It is located closest to an industrial neighborhood. And there are 8 km until something resembling town, shopping or dining. So you have to count on € 25 for a taxi. Each way. And so it costs some money over a few days. And it takes time. Because the taxis do not rush straight past every minute, due to the boring location. Good rooms and a great pool. But the location and the lack of food simply detracts a lot. Another plus just to be mentioned is the many animals. There are cows, horses, donkeys, ostriches and goats around the hotel, which is very cozy. In conclusion, the staff are just as poor at English as the rest of the country - so maybe they prefer locals.

I am not a person that likes agriturismo in general… but! This place is too cool :) Service: very friendly and fast service! Vegetarian options: the regular menu is full of meat, but they created a special plates for us (without a notice). Honesty FANTASTIC Italian food! Bery big portions and we didn’t manage to finish it all! Plate presentation: plates to share Prices: 38 euro per adult (fixed menu), 25 euro child (the same quantity as adults). Surroundings: children can visit the farm and pools. The only minus of this place is that they are 20m away from the motorway.

erca recensioni Rita Greco 1/5 un attimo fa su Google State lontani da questo posto il titolare è un truffatore e un maleducato credo debba cambiare lavoro ho pagato una camera matrimoniale su booking ben 173 euro al mio arrivo mi ha fatto pagare altri dieci euro in contanti senza avermi dato nessuna ricevuta dicendo che erano le tasse ma questo è il mio meno la camera che ho trovato era una con due letti singoli dal costo di 130 euro non 173 quanto ho pagato io gli ho esposto il problema è mi ha risposto signora io non ci posso fare niente con un arroganza mai vista ho scritto a booking e spero vivamente verrò rimborsata perché io ho pagato una camera con letto matrimoniale non una con due lettini singoli che ovviamente costava meno!

Pranzo del sabato in famiglia. Sono dispiaciuto ma onestamente posto assolutamente da evitare, di qualità pessima. A parte la location (fronte autostrada e in stato di sostanziale abbandono), il cibo è stato semplicemente orrido. Qualità da discount, per un costo a testa di 45 euro a persona. Menù fisso, il piatto migliore è stato il secondo con “spezzatino” che sembrava (non esagero) scatoletta del cane e purea di patate solubile. Scusate la franchezza, ma cibo del genere non dovrebbe essere servito (ho fatto un esempio ma gli altri piatti erano comparabili o peggio). Qui troverete una esperienza tra “Ristoranti da Incubo” e “NAS”. Assolutamente da evitare.

Location splendida, mi piacerebbe visitarla anche di giorno, parte esterna ben curata, lucine, piscina, la sala dove abbiamo cenato molto carina! Ma veniamo alla ristorazione.... Probabilmente durante la settimana non c'è il menù fisso che non è un problema!! Però il menù alla carta portato su un foglio scritto a mano.... piatti semplici (pasta al ragù, al pomodoro e ricotta, risotto gorgonzola e ceci...)e anche questo non è un problema (risotto buono) lo diventa se correlato al prezzo!!!! 35 euro a testa per un risotto, 1 secondo (carne di struzzo non super tenera) 1 calice e metà torta della nonna... Insomma il servizio frettoloso, tutto alla buona (che ripeto non essere un problema ma allora riduci i prezzi). Un posto con un grande potenziale per la location ma da rivedere il servizio, i prezzi correlati al menù scritto a mano e Molto semplice.... Vorrei dargli solo una seconda chance per assaggiare il menù fisso sperando di cambiare idea!
