Door to rooms access area arent lock as its a share apartment hence common area to room wasnt lock thats a security threat other than that all good just im unfortunate lift is broken when we arrived wasnt fixed till we check out earlier.

Had a great stay in Hotel Carlo Goldoni, our room was nice and clean we love the wooden floors. Quite area close to all what we was looking for. Great staff, I can say it was the perfect choice for us. thank you for make our stay good. I would recommend to all my friends,

Had everything we needed for 2 nights stay. Short walk to tube station and easy check in. My girlfriend was impressed with a step leading to the bathroom. A bit noisy

The staff is extremely rude and impolite. Worst hotel experience of my life! Terrible to the highest degree possible. To stay away!!! Location wise it is OK, but nothing great so that doesn't really add a plus either. Just stay away

Though being a bit tired hotel, it has the hotel basics with nice rooms, comfortable beds and nice bathroom facilities.
It's close to good transportation options, super market and various food options.
The hotel is not sound proof at all; you can hear the neighbours not to mention the cleaning in the hall ways and in the rooms - and they start around 7 o'clock.

I had booked to stay at the Hotel Carlo Goldoni between the 4th - 7th January 2022. Unfortunately on the morning of the 1st January, i tested positive for COVID-19 and was unable to travel. I immediately contacted the hotel to see whether we could reschedule our stay, only to have the entire amount (which was payable on arrival!) taken from my bank account. Staff were completely unwilling to help or even offer me any assistance (despite ***********'s best efforts).

Had everything we needed and it was clean. It was spacious too. The staff were also very friendly. Location a bit further out of town but not much they can do about that. For the bathroom sink it would have been nice to have somewhere where I could hang the hand towel, but that’s just a little thing.
