Everything was ok except the checkin was 3 pm instead of 2 pm as shown on our booking confirmation. Checkin process could definitely be improved as it took quite a while for the team to clear (just) 3-4 rooms.
Besides this issue, the room was spacious, amenities fine, breakfast was quite good - some hot dishes, bread & pastries, fruits & salad, coffee machine.
The walking distance from Milan Central train station is about 10mins once you’ve managed to locate the road. Look for the flags hung on the Hotel facade.
It’s an older looking hotel but upkeep/revamp has been done. So, it’s a good price for location, space, amenities.

I think the tissue (napkin) is necessary for every single 4-star
Hotel.
But even haven’t provided in this hotel
Also the toilet paper is not good (like the recycle paper)
However, the bed is comfortable
But one have a pillow

To us it’s very European style. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a late night dinner at the pizza restaurant across the road and it was sooo good

great service at the counter
read mixed reviews coming into the stay but was not disappointed
room a little aged but there were some upgrades such as the lift and power sockets

Good location. Breakfast is good but food is placed in a narrow corner. It makes it difficult to pick the food while it is crowded with people.
The hotel should do more maintenance to keep up with its 4 star ranking as some facilities are not working, such as the door lock, and the hand-held shower is clogged by scale.
The shower basin also has seals with black mold.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en el centro financiero de Milan y pasa justo un tranvía que recorre toda la zona turística; es cómodo y el desayuno abundante y variado.
El hotel es muy limpio y agradable, buen mantenimiento, las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas, tienen closet, sillones, mesa de desayuno, minibar, iluminación, etc. La limpieza diaria es correcta.
IMPORTANTE: Nadie informa que se debe entregar una tarjeta de crédito o 50€ de efectivo en garantía por cada día de alojamiento, si tienes TDC no pasa nada, solo anotan los datos y no hacen ningún cargo, pero si no tienes TDC debes entregar el efectivo. La persona que nos recibió no se explicaba muy bien y fue incómodo, pero luego la atención estuvo muy bien todos los días y hasta la salida.

酒店的地點不錯, 也很乾淨. 很可惜酒店的管理有一點問題. 前台經常沒有人, 如要協助要等最少五至10分鐘. 我們入住的那一晚，因為隔壁有四個德籍瘋狂少女在房間飲酒派對, 整個 樓層好像在的士高一樣, 大聲音樂嘈吵及撞擊房門，令到整個房間搖晃, 到了晚上11點, 忍無可忍告訴酒店的員工, 但他們沒有派出相關人士去處理問題, 四個瘋狂少女一直嘈吵至12點, 酒店沒有作出任何行動. 最後，我們警告 四個瘋狂少女我們會報警, 他們才收斂下來. 但這個行動應該是酒店的責任, 不應該客人自己出面.
