Ottima la posizione di questo albergo, a pochi passa dalla metro Loreto che in 5 fermate ti porta al centro. La struttura avrebbe bisogno sicuramente di un po’ di lavori di rinfresco, ma il rapporto servizi offerti/prezzo pagato è davvero positivo. La stanza non è particolarmente grande, buono il segnale Wifi, comodo il parcheggio a pagamento davanti alla struttura: con 5 euro l’auto può sostare l’intera giornata. Il sistema di climatizzazione della camera è centralizzato e funziona ad intervalli di accensione/spegnimento con timer. Nelle giornate fredde probabilmente occorrerebbe accorciare i tempi di stop. Colazione nella norma, con cornetti, yogurth, succo ed acqua oltre a caffè o cappuccino.

La stanza era antiquata non pro vista di aria condizionata la colazione pessima insomma un posto da dimenticare il ragazzo dietro la reception non capiva nemmeno quello che uno gli diceva per abbiamo dovuto mostrargli dov’era

Para alojarte tiene lo necesario, habitación individual amplia además tuve el desayuno incluido. El baño algo pequeño pero ningún problema. Al final es calidad precio! En mi caso llegué antes de la hora esperada y pude dejar la maleta antes sin hacer el check in sin problemas e ir a visitar la ciudad. Ubicación buena ya que está cerca la estación central(20 min) y el metro

The pictures on the website was nowhere near our room. Service and breakfast was bad. Shower was rusty. Curtains were broken. We slept on two single beds that were bad and squeaky despite booking a room with a double bed. List goes on... WOULD NOT RECOMEND, NO MATTER THE PRICE!

NON PRENOTARE - NO RESERVAR - DO NOT BOOK Una delle peggiori esperienze della mia vita. Ho denunciato a Booking il fatto. Tutto quello che vedete è FALSO. Stanze sporche, bagni con oggetti gia usati (sapone aperto) mura rotte, aria condizionata rotta, finestra fradicia in piena estate con 40°. La persona alla reception arrogante, maleducata, ci ha fatto pagare e dopo le nostre lamentele non ci ha neanche restituito l'importo (solo grazie a Booking ho recuperato i soldi) abbiamo lasciato l'albergo (se così si può dire) 10 minuti dopo essere entrati e siamo stati costretti a cercarne un altro. Le foto parlano sole, una BLATTA morta sotto al letto. DA DENUNCIA.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. It was a rip off and a total waste of money. Totally misrepresented on ******* and the pictures are a total lie. It looks horrible in person. Our room was in the attic and had leaking pipes. The staff was rude and the room was extremely dirty and felt unsafe. The front desk guy, Fabio, was unhelpful. I would advise to stay somewhere else even if it cost you a little extra. It was my first time in Milan and I hated everything about it but most of it is the hotel. The utensils were dirty and the cups smelled bad. Overall, extremely dirty and would never go back or recommend it for anyone I know or don’t know. This doesn’t even qualify as a 1 star hotel.

The room 2 that we were given was on the 0 floor. It was really noisy and with the bad AC. Charger ports were really old and the room wasn’t clean at all. The stuff was super unfriendly and even tho they provide free breakfast, the staff just went out!!! of the hotel for half an hour, so we couldn’t even have tea/coffee because coffee machines were in the bar he was responsible for. All in all, strongly do not recommend this place! If you want to save your money, do not choose this 2 star hotel
