Postawa recepcji jest bardziej ogólna. Hotel jest stosunkowo nowy i czysty.

I was staying in this hotel March 12th-13th and only after 10 days back home I realized that I have left in the hotel room Bottega Veneta small bag with Celine purse inside. I contacted hotel front desk and immediately received answer that that my bag was found. It was immediately packed and sent me back with the currier. Thanks Monica (front desk) and all the housekeeping staff for your attention, honesty and kind collaboration.

A friend and I stopped at this hotel for a two night stay in Milan. Arrived in the early hours of the morning with sufficient car parking in underground facility, though parking is a little expensive. 24 hour reception very friendly and spoke good English. Room had two single beds and decent sized bathroom with shower. Tv with Italian channels available for those who required it. Beds comfortable but firm. Room not massive but sufficient for a short break. Continental breakfast served from 7 - 10am was fine. Hotel is well positioned with easy access to Metro, buses and trams, around 15 journey into city centre. Would use again.

Reception were great, they accommodate our needs and they were always helpful. Location was quiet and we easy to access bus to city. Would recommend and would stay again. Breakfast was just what we needed

Very good hotel, clean room, not so spacey, beds very comfortable, nice personnel, good breakfast. A little bit far from the center if you decide to walk. Has a parking space. Overall would like to recommend this place.

This is a very good hotel for quick city break. A little out the city but we’ll connected! Decor was old and dated but in General it was clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast is always an added bonus!!! I recommend for Milan to go to this hotel!!!!!!!

The temperature was 26,5 in the room… but the airco wasn’t working 🤔 Only from the 20 of may, said the reception. Why not adapt to the weather conditions? Instead of a bad sleep because of the heat in the room.
It’s a pitty, because the rest very well
