Hotel Ideale

Idealny dla tych, którzy chcą zwiedzać miasto w ciągu dnia. Pokoje były super czyste, a personel był bardzo przyjazny i uprzejmy. Śniadanie w godzinach porannych również było cudownym akcentem. Zatrzymałbym się ponownie!

Bardzo przyjazne powitanie w tym małym hotelu w Mediolanie. Bardzo opiekuńczy personel w porze śniadania, który był dobrze zaopatrzony. Raczej bardzo poprawny pokój, wygodna pościel, doceniliśmy ten hotel z raczej odpowiednim stosunkiem jakości do ceny dla miasta Mediolan, które wydaje się mieć wysokie ceny. Małe mieszkanie jak na odległość do centrum miasta, co nadal jest do zaakceptowania!

POSITIVE: I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location; you can reach by public transport the Duomo area and Central Station very easily. The neighbourhoods are safe, lively and with all the facilities you need (shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies...). The hotel room (214 - double room) was very comfortable and was at the back of the hotel, with a window facing the inner garden. Very peaceful at night. I always appreciated a room with a small fridge, and this was the case. The bathroom has a powerful hairdryer and bidet. I have appreciated the refillable soap dispenser (instead of the courtesy of small plastic bottles, which are polluting). The bed was comfy, and the pillows too. The TV was of a good size and with good image quality. Breakfast was good, with a good choice of food and beverage. The croissant was very good and fresh. You can have breakfast both inside but also outside, in the backyard, which is really enjoyable. REMARKS: *there is not a wardrobe, but some open wall coat hangers. * I tried to cool down the room but the AC didn't work. Maybe it was my fault as I didn't know how to use it; I haven't asked because I spent just one night there and the room temperature was ok after leaving the window open for a while.

The shower is extremely small making difficult to take a shower. The air condition does not work in any of the rooms. We couldn’t sleep comfortably because the rooms was too hot. The manager said that he would not call the air condition repairman. Ver disappointed in this hotel.

Good location. Clean, quiet room. Breakfast was good. Underground parking for a small SUV was very tight.

No frills hotel in a convenient location. Close to public transit, bars and restaurants. Standard European breakfast with a small bar.

We stayed at the hotel for a week in early June. The hotel is well located with easy access to the city centre (by bus or walking) and there are plenty of local restaurants. Breakfast was very relaxed with a good choice and comfortable seating. We had 2 rooms - an excellent single and a double which was a little small. The rooms were well furnished but we would have liked a kettle to have been provided.

We liked a lot the welcome of the staff, the cleanness of the room, the breakfast and the nice garden!

This is a very basic, not luxury, property, but that staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating during my entire stay. They helped with information, getting a taxi, grabbing a quick espresso before starting out for the day. I highly recommend the place because of the staff. Room was small but comfortable. Great value for the cost.
