第一次住這種酒店，什麼東西都是壞的，洗臉了也是塞的。跟星爺電影裏面的麗晶大賓館差不多。想要吹冷氣還要加錢，一天五歐，冷氣還漏水。真想不到，現今社會還會遇到這種酒店，其實都不算酒店，房間就是一間店鋪來的，就在馬路邊。真的笑死我了😆🤬🤬🤬🤬

This cannot be called a hotel. Reception cannot be reach if you have an issue. They should at least have someone just in case there is an issue. I did not stayed overnight and I will not recommend for solo female travellers is not safe. Even ********** agents were not very helpful in assisting me. If you loose your key on Friday evening, no one will answer your call and if unfortunately you get locked out without phone or card, you will sleep in the street as there is absolutely no one.

This is certainly not a hotel. Check in time is limited to a two hour slot, but the landlord is helpful and left us the room keys in a pin locked box. Room must be an old warehouse or something. Its located right outside the pavement with graffiti painted iron protection rollers. It makes you feel unsafe locked in a cage. It's quite noisy as you hear everyone walking by the pavement and other residents, including washing machines. The shower tiles were broken, so that you could see the cement. There was no shower gel or shampoo, so you had to buy your own. Bear that in mind if you're travelling by plane.

It was great, the receptionist was really lovely and there are nice restaurants in the street. The room was very clean and modern but a bit noise.

The actual "front desk" for this place is across the street from where the room is. The room is a store front with a metal gate in front of glass doors. The gate could roll up if you tired to lift it, the glass door had a lock. This place is a 12 minute walk from Milan Central.

I may have missed it in the description but the door to your room is on the road so it felt a bit less safe than a normal hotel but the area itself felt safe and it was the cheapest room in the whole of Milan for my stay so worth it. 10 mins if that to the central station so the area is perfect. You only see the staff when they hand you the keys. They were polite. Due to the price I would stay here again but if it went up I’d stay in a normal hotel.
