Overcharge by force, overcharge some fees not written in advance. The time limit of checkin and checkout made travel very, very inconvenient. Because I arrived late, I was charged an extra late checkin fee, which was inexplicable. The guy who opened the door for me was nice.

It is a pleasant enough hotel, though not central. You need to take the Metro. I had a lot of trouble checking in as we arrived late and my phone was not enabled. There is no reception.

We stayed 4 nights at the Residenza Isabella. Enzo and Isabella made us feel like we were staying with friends from the moment we arrived. The apar**ent was comfortable and roomy, and walking distance to the Duomo and Sforza castle. Lots of places to eat and have fun! If you prefer to take the the metro there is a station 5 minutes from the Residenza. The daily breakfast was excellent and Sonia took great care of us every morning. Unlike other corporate hotels the room was cleaned daily and the coffee and other amenities replaced. We highly recommend staying at this place!

The family running the stay couldn’t be any nicer or more accommodating. Easy check in and we were spoiled with an excellent Sunday breakfast the next day at their restaurant next door.

What a wonderful experience! The b&b is located about a ~17 min walk to the Duomo di Milan and the area around it felt very safe and exciting! We had a problem with connecting to the WiFi and Ruan very quickly came to our room to solve the problem. He was very attentive and caring, so great! Room had a cute view of a casual Italian street, giving a very authentic vibe. The breakfast was pleasantly surprising, so much food and all so yummy; it felt never-ending! Overall, I would recommend this stay!

We had an amazing stay at this B&B — kind owners who were happy to chat with us and introduced us to other guests, delicious included breakfasts complete with an assor**ent of croissants and prosciutto, and a spacious, air-conditioned suite with everything we and our toddler son needed for our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and it made us want to return to Milan ASAP!
