Firstly, the front desk lady with glasses was really rude, arrogant and impatient. You should learn some manner from the kind and smiley lady next to you, because your fake smile like the face of the zombie nun's alive. Secondly, although the location is nice it needs ten minutes walk from the Milano Centrale but actually quite tricky to find this hotel it needs me to ask other hotel’s receptionist for help with, google map wasn’t accurate. Because this hotel located in a lane inside of a place like car park.

Location is good, very close to the Centrale station, and easy access walking to the metro.

The reason we choose this hotel was the approximity to train station Milano Centrale. It was abt 5 mins walk from the station.
Check in was a breeze. We booked the classic double junior suite. Room was very spacious. Bathroom came with standing showers. Breakfast was good with a lot of varieties to choose.

Excellent hotel in the centre 5-7 minutes walking from Milano Centrale station! Rooms are spacious, lobby lively and a nice upbeat restaurant at the G/F serving typical Milan’s food fare. Close to street with many restaurants behind, so nice to explore!

near milan central train station, surroundings got a number of restaurants. Not on the main road, there are number of gates to get into hotel building. Big room, with bathroom amenities and free wifi access
