Right on top of the city centre and friendly staff. I stayed in a single room with a bath you could not esey get into the bath because the shower screen is in the way

I stayed one night in a single and I was impressed! The hotel has old fashioned features mixed with modern convenience- a trouser press! I had slippers, stationary, a dental kit, and free snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. It was very clean, comfortable. I hesitated in staying in a single bed but couldn’t rationalize paying double for a double and I am glad I did. The single is larger than a standard and was very comfortable. The location is amazing- steps away from the Duomo. The breakfast is good. I would gladly stay here again

Great hotel with fantastic location. When I booked it on trip it said parking was available but when I checked in I was told they don’t provide and then we had to go around looking for public parking.

Location is conveniently located close to Duomo di Milano. The staff are friendly and amenities are clean.
Breakfast has many options for all types of breakfast, sweet and savoury which was great

Very bad experience
At 8:30am the two men who the staff not request & not knock the door is suddenly open with his master key. I asked what are you doing? They said only sorry Madam & go away without any explanation.
When I asked to receptionist, she also sorry we are not sure is that our staff or not. They never accept to check CCTV.
Their all rooms are not included the double lock.
It’s feel unsecured too mush on me.

Upon our arrival, they assigned us a room on 9th floor that the air conditioner didn’t work. The room was super hot as it was at the rooftop. After reflecting that, arranged another room on 5th floor for us quickly which was much much better. Room size is large and is very close to duomo but the overall facility is a little bit old. CP value is high due to its excellent location but the first time experience is no good… will still recommend if you are looking for excellent location.

The room is spacious for a single. I loved that the minibar was free. The staff downstairs (front desk & door men) so friendly and helpful. Great location. The hair dryer is bad. The cleaning lady did a great job but was too much up in my business. I stay in big hotels to be anonymous.
