LA STRUTTURA è UBICATA IN POSIZIONE CENTRALE. IL PERSONALE GENTILE E CORTESE L'HOTEL AVREBBE BISOGNO DI ESSERE RISTRUTTURATO PERCHE' E' DATATO SIA COME STILE CHE COME ARREDAMENTO NEL COMPLESSO IL SOGGIORNO E' STATO PIACEVOLE

Ci si aspetterebbe un 4 stelle ma di buono ha solo la posizione a due passi dal Duomo e dalla fermata San Babila. Per il resto un incubo! La struttura è vecchia e decadente, a cominciare dalle rubinetterie arrugginite e le porta del bagno ammuffita. Nella camera c’era un caldo infernale (e fuori c’erano 5 gradi). Abbiamo chiesto di abbassare il riscaldamento ci è stato detto (come se fosse scontato) di “premere il pulsante rosso dove c’è scritto stop”. Sono andata ad intuito dato che la pulsanteria, sicuramente risalente agli anni ‘80, aveva le scritte tutte scolorite. Anche questo non ha funzionato ad abbiamo dovuto lasciare giorno e notte la finestra aperta per poter dormire. La tv, un vecchio modello non smart, trasmetteva solo la Rai. Il WiFi non funzionava, abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e ci è stato offerto di cambiare camera, cosa che non avrebbe risolto dato che la rete era proprio impostata secondo i vecchi protocolli risalenti ai primi anni 2000 (parlo con cognizione di causa). Solo una volta siamo riusciti a collegarci e la velocità raggiungeva a malapena 1 Mbps in download. Questo ha causato un grosso disagio non tanto a noi quanto a mio figlio autistico che ha dovuto finire i giga a disposizione sul suo dispositivo. Altro disagio che potrebbe sembrare una sciocchezza ma non lo è nel 2022, è rappresentato dalla mancanza di prese vicino ai letti per poter attaccare il cellulare… Al giorno d’oggi chiunque mette la sveglia sul dispositivo o, in mancanza della tv, vorrebbe potersi guardare qualcosa in streaming… ah già… non c’era il WiFi… Veniamo adesso alla pulizia: moquette macchiata, finestre sporche, ed un bel capello lungo nero nella vasca da bagno (io sono bionda con i capelli cortissimi). Insomma, da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta altro.

Charged me extra on arrival good location hotel not the best

Terrible. Horrible hotel, old fashioned and unclean. Only one working plug for the whole room. Staff unhelpful and only offered solutions after complaint was made via 3rd party. No iron, trouser press broken. Hair dryer does not work well at all and is also extremely old. Hotel smells of stale cigarettes.

The rooms are very old and the furniture very worn. The bedside tables have no socket to be able to charge the mobile phone which can be charged in a socket at the back of the room and very far from the bed. The breakfast is served by the hotel staffs so cannot be called buffet breakfast. But one of the good thing is, hotel located at Duomo, very convenient.

This hotel was a good value . The location is great and the front desk was always up and willing to help with anything needed. The hotel definitely feels a little dated but it was kind of cool to stay in.

Buffet style breakfast but everytime you want to top up you need to ask the staff! Also, receptionists not friendly!

Some of the decor is a little tired but good value breakfast. We could see the duomo from the room, excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful

Older hotel but excellent location. Very close to subway station with short walk to Milan Cathedral and shopping area in the city center.
