Very near train station. However room is old. Not much selection for breakfast.

The hotel is located right next to the Milano Central Station which is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is nice and they offered complimentary water and snack for our honeymoon, very sweet of them. Thank you.

The location is perfect! It's just a 3-minute walk from Milan Central Station, and you can easily spot the giant light box at the top of the building for guidance.
There is a short couple of stairs to access the lobby and a bell for assistance if needed. The check-in process is smooth, and the staff is helpful and polite.
The room is clean and adequately equipped. Despite my short two-day stay, I have nothing to complain about. The breakfast is not bad and is worth the price.

The hotel room was cozy and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is just opposite the central station so it’s super convenient to get what we need. Just the facility in the hotel did not work very well. After we checked in, we were told that the aircon system did not work for all the hotel rooms (imagine the temperature was close to 0 degree during night time). During our stay, we also experienced malfunction of light and the heating rack, and wifi breakdown as well.

Flight of stairs at the entrance to the reception area. Required paid (tips) Porter service to handle large luggages.
We are exceptionally happy with the reception staff.

It's just located beside Milan centre train station, in 2-3 min walking. My family were assigned 2 conected rooms. Though the hotel looks low profile from outside but it's room renovation and facilities looks new and with quality.

We stayed for a night as we need to catch an early train the next day. The location is great for that purpose. It is also a quick metro ride to the famous Duomo. There are steps to the reception but the staff is quick to help us bring the luggages so that was not an issue for us. The bathtub cannot be used as the water stopper was not functioning and water was a bit yellowish but other than that, no major issue.
