以為是酒店，結果晚上八點之後前台就下班了。提前郵件溝通好説給我留鑰匙在櫃子裏，還給我了大門密碼。結果密碼不對開不了大門，好不容易進去了鑰匙還不在，電話也打不通，等了快一個小時還好倒回來給我鑰匙了

Struktura zlokalizowana w cichej i strategicznej okolicy, kilka metrów od dwóch wejść do metra. Doskonała relacja jakości do ceny. Obsługa klienta była niesamowita, znaleźliśmy pana Recepcjonistę Salvatore Varlese, który w starym i szlachetnym stylu neapolitańskim przywitał nas i towarzyszył nam z uwagą i profesjonalizmem przez cały nasz pobyt. Dziękuję, do zobaczenia wkrótce.

Mój pokój pachniał kurzem, mimo że zostawili otwarte okno. Niezbędne wyposażenie i cierpliwość, ale łuszczące się ramy okienne. Ogólnie poza lokalizacją, blisko metra iw dość spokojnej okolicy. Nigdy więcej!

Jedna noc w tej koszmarnej strukturze: zero sprzątania, nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju, mała i mało komfortowa łazienka, głosy w nocy słychać było wszystko na korytarzach! Mój najgorszy pobyt z dala od domu, nie ma słów do powiedzenia.

The accommodation is advertised as being furnished with taste, class and elegance. This bears no resemblance to the property in reality. It is in serious need of refurbishing. We had room 52 down in the basement, with minimal light. It was like being in a bat cave. The furniture was chipped. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. And the curtains and bedding looked like they were from the 1970’s. The air conditioning was noisy and the tiny old shower door felt like it would fall off if you touched it. I seriously do not recommend this property.

The place is great. Near from metro, you can reach duomo in less than 20 minutes. Room were clean, staff was great, receptionist Salvatore was very kind and helpful. The room also has a kitchenette. Bakery and supermarket nearby. Strongly recommended.

Iniziamo con le cose positive: il prezzo. per essere Milano sicuramente questo residence ha un buon prezzo per la posizione che ha. Noi siamo stati la notte della partita di Champions e abbiamo visto molti tifosi pernottare qui, anche perché si raggiunge facilmente lo stadio da lì. Il problema è che il residence andrebbe assolutamente ristrutturato. Le camere sono rumorosissime, da dentro si sentono le porte sbattere e noi, vicini alle scale, sentivamo distintamente i passi di tutte le persone sugli scalini. Inoltre c'è uno strano odore un po' ovunque. Peccato perché il personale è abbastanza gentile e per essere Milano, ripeto, i prezzi sono onesti.

La struttura a primo impatto sembra ben tenuta, ma basta alzare un po’ lo sguardo per vedere subito le pecche. La struttura ha delle pareti finissime quindi se avete il sonno un po’ leggero sconsiglio vivamente, oltre ovviamente ai rumori che ci sono nella camera stessa. Il balcone penso non sia mai stato pulito da quando abbiamo fatto il check-in, e abbiamo trovato un pezzo di intonaco caduto (fortuna che non eravamo sotto in quel momento). Inizialmente non abbiamo avuto problemi con lo staff, il quale ci è sembrato molto cordiale e disponibile. Peccato che ci siamo ritrovate per tre giorni senza acqua calda e nel momento del check-out, quando l’abbiamo fatto notare, la persona ci ha risposto che era scritto sulle porte di ogni piano e nell’ascensore invece di scusarsi del disguido. Come se noi dovessimo accettare il fatto di stare senza acqua calda soltanto perché l’ha scritto su un foglio. Non tornerò sicuramente.

Nunca nos habían tratado tan mal en nuestra vida. El señor Salvatore nos trató como si fueramos delincuentes, nos canceló la reserva 1 hora antes de llegar al hostal rompiendo el acuerdo de la reserva de forma ilegal (tiene que ser 24h antes y con devolución del dinero) y nos quiso dejar en la calle en plena noche cuando está todo pagado como se puede comprobar en la reserva. Además de eso, no hizo más que gritarnos y amenazarnos con que llamaría a los Carabinieri, cuando teniamos nuestro derecho a un alojamiento allí durante 3 noches como está puesto en la reserva. Tuvimos muchísimo miedo. Espero que despidan al señor Salvatore lo antes posible. They've never treated us so badly. Mr Salvatore treated us as criminals, he cancelled our reservation 1 hour before arriving to the hostel, breaking the contract of the reservation illegally (it has to be 24h prior and with full refund) and he wanted to leave us in the street that night, when we had already paid for everything as it can be seen in the reservation. Furthermore, he didn't stop shouting at us and threatened us to call the Carabinieri, when we had the right to stay there for 3 nights as it said in the reservation. We were really terrified. We hope Mr Salvatore gets fired as soon as possible.
