The 2 main issues: 1. The room was freezing and the controller for the aircon and the physical radiator were not working, and when asking about heating the staff rudely said about a local law and that we couldnt get heating, saying about how another guest wanted air-conditioning several days prior.... 2. We had lots of ants on the floor walking around, when telling this to the already rude staff he said why did we not tell him in the morning when something could be done, when we had booked in at 7pm with this same person

Be very cautious when booking online. Made a mistake entering the wrong date and paid for online. On checking some minutes later realised my error telephoned hotel and attempted to change date to the correct day, not that current day. Was informed rudely to contact in writing and then noticed booking had been cancelled. No refund. It may be an idea to pay the extra exorbitant fees to enable a change if a genuine error made. No cancellation was required

Was here in June. Terrible service, bank problem and dirt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All in the dirt. It’s terrible hotel with disgusting service. Never come here!!!!!!They spoiled me my business trip. And I will never recommend even book a room here

Terrible hotel. Very noisy at all times throughout the night and day. The waitress in the breakfast area seems to be too busy chatting on her phone to get any orders correct. I would not recommend this hotel. Breakfast is very basic with not a lot to choose from

Family of four, booked two rooms based on reviews for being good and affordable. Staff is super nice and helpful. Some notable critiques are - The beds are horrible. Can sleep few hours at a time - the shower was very small - the breakfast was modest but maybe enough for the price considering - in one of the rooms, the ac was targeted directly to the bed. It bothered sleeping

Ottimo hotel, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Vicino alla metro repubblica che ti permette di arrivare in centro in 10 minuti. Pulitissimo, colazione eccezionale e letti comodissimi. Non lascio 5 stelle solo perché le camere sono piccoline, però sicuro ci tornerei volentieri

Hotel pessimo, vale 1 stella ad essere generosi. Prenotata una matrimoniale, ci hanno dato una doppia con 2 letti singoli affiancati Alla richiesta di cambio camera i receptionist ci hanno risposto che non era possibile perché l hotel era pieno. Addirittura la receptionist di questa mattina mi ha detto che di solito le matrimoniali hanno 2 letti singoli uniti tra loro a mo' di letto unico. Le ho risposto che non è di solito così, le matrimoniali hanno un letto unico, con aria scocciata mi rispinde: forse a casa mia e'così, non negli hotel. Camera piccola, poco illuminata, con 1 presa elettrica in bagno e 1 in camera, bagno piccolo senza bidet con macchia di umidità sul soffitto e box doccia che non chide bene lasciando uscire l acqua. Colazione pure pessima, parte dolce cornetti e panini congelati scongelati al momento, 2 torte e stop. Parte salata 1 vassoio con 2 affettati in croce. Succhi di frutta, da buste tipo discount. Statene alla larga. Mai più da loro
