our family is on vacation in Lujo now on May 2024. It is big disappointment. It is a shame to have such awful service for 5 star hotel. We have a problem to receive a table for breakfast, not because there were no available, but because they are all dirty. Finally we took the less dirty one, the waiter came in 10 min, the food came in 40 min - and only part that we ordered, nobody cleaned our table. Dinner - we waited 1,5 hours for hot dishes, the white wine had finished quickly (according to the UAI program we should have a choice of 3 white wines) Housekeeping - no cotton pads in the room, the shampoo has almost finished - no adding. For the sake of justice, food quality and the service is Asma and Sorriso restaurants were rather good. Resume - it’s a shame to privide such poor service for the 5 star hotel with great facilities and so beautiful surroundings.
