Super friendly staff, comfortable beds, well functioning ac, newly renovated bathroom. Only downside was the carpet in the room and that the cleaning would need improvement, several boards had dust and the tables in the room were dirty (when I wiped them the wipes came back almost black).

I booked 5 days but I only stay one day and then moved to other place, the room is comfortable but the toilet’s light is a sensor, I went to the shared bathroom to clean my makeup. The light kept turning off, I need to move around to turn on the light.. I tried to communicate with the hotel through ********** to refund the rest of 4 nights but not success. I wanted to talk to the hotel directly when I checked out, but no one in the bar to help in the morning. The hotel is good if you won’t spend much time in the toilet.

this place needs to be seen by every visitor to Adelaide, felt like an old-time Western saloon, the staff is fantastic, I would stay there again, and I wish i would have known about this place three weeks before i came to Adelaide,

The friendly and helpful members of staff blended perfectly with the informal surroundings and overall atmosphere of a traditional establishment. The Mile End is not within walking distance of the city centre (for me at least) but a regular bus network and a stop only yards from the front door overcome this minor inconvenience.

Pleasant and comfortable room, interesting architecture in the hotel abd cute little niches to sit and rekax. Amazing food and friendly staff
