People were allowed to back in their parking spot and they would start their vehicle and our heater/ac unit ****** in the exhaust and we had to leave our room, we couldn't even breathe in the room, we left our room door wide open and we had to stand outside and it was 4 degrees out

There was no hot water the 1st morning when I tried to take a shower. The second night someone knocked on my door 3 times after 11 pm telling me they needed to change my fire alarm? Not sure if it was really staff.
I did not open the door because I was a female traveling by myself. They were very persistent, making me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. When I tried to ask the front desk about it the next morning, they didn’t seem to care.

We decided last minute to come to this hotel for a wrestling tournament . It was the only place we could find a room. The people at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. This is a older hotel and needs some maintenence but was comfortable and fine for what we needed. My husband did wake up the second morning with bites of some kind on his arm and hand.

The check in agent was very friendly, efficient and helpful in providing information regarding nearest dining, car wash etc.

Ths bed was good and the shower was great.
The back stairs were worn and dirty as was the carpet in the room. The whole place was worn and in need of repair. To top it all, in the morning i grabbed two slices of bread and a pod of peanut butter , took it back to the room, when i sat down to prepare it, both slices of bread had mold in the corner.

Convenient to the freeway, but this is an old property that needs an upgrade badly. Carpeting, bedding, etc.

Hotel was dated but the service was friendly. We were able to do a late check in and we were just exhausted following a long road trip. the bed sloped in the middle so it did make it really hard to sleep. It felt like I was going downhill for majority of the night. The mattress itself was of a good firmness and the pillows were comfortable. Shower was fine. It was a no frills room, but served our needs
