ibis Millau

L'accueil a été impeccable. Le seul reproche que je pourrais faire vient du manque de certains éléments dans la chambre comme un traversin , une bouilloire, un gant de toilette... mais peut-être qu'une simple demande aurait permis d'obtenir les choses? Merci en tout cas et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)

Clean and comfortable room with a view overlooking the fountain in the little square in front of the hotel. As motorcycle travellers whose friend recently had their bike stolen in Reims, it is worth the peace of mind to pay for the hotels indoor garaged parking facilities. The staff were very helpful and even called the Ibis hotel at our next stop to reserve a garaged parking space for us. There would have been so much more to see and choices of places to eat had we not arrived over the Easter weekend when practically everything was closed. We ate the pizzas at the hotel which were nice and served a purpose.

The bathroom was remarkable

The staff didn’t show my reservation through ******* so it slowed down my check in and means I’ll have to spend time sorting it out in the morning. The staff was nice though.

Parking have to walk off site.

An extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. We had an horrible room - second floor - with view over the roof and the aircon system. We told the reception that was not acceptable and they refused to give us an other room due to Covid and shortfall of staff, which is not our responsibility. Terrible noise all night. Those rooms over the roof should be kept for staff not customers ! No food, no breakfast, no room service. An absolute disgrace.

We arrived after a 5hr drive very tired, my wife has a bad heart and we both wanted to sleep. The check in was supposed to be after 3pm, we arrived at 4pm and were told the room would not be ready till 5pm, so we had to wander round the town for an hour. The receptionist really didn't seem to care. Very disappointing.

Hôtel situé idéalement entre notre domicile en région stéphanoise et la Méditerranée. Nous avons apprécié cet hôtel moderne, bien situé dans le cadre grandiose de Millau. Cet établissement réponds exactement aux normes Ibis. Les chambres sont vastes, bien aménagées, très silencieux lors de notre passage. Petit déjeuner correct à prix raisonnable. Afflux important de voitures sur le parking en fin de journée. Etape positive.
