The location is good and the staff is very helpful. The hotel includes free parking!

there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

Location is great and lots of restaurants and bars nearby . But I found no hair dryer in my room .

The room I was put in did not have a king size bed. The bed sheets were rough, pillows lumpy and the climate control in the room was fixed at 27 degrees and no matter what I did it would not change. The night staff were called and the best they could do was give me two fans. I could not sleep and had problems breathing. I asked for a room swap and non were available. This is just not good enough. The room was dirty carpets dust my room was 409.
I would have rather had booked an alternative hotel.

I’ve had my morning sunshine when I’ve been for breakfast. Richard’s makes your breakfast feel like you’re in a 5 star resort with the welcome and biggest smile in the morning to make your day start great. The food is absolutely fabulous. Great choice’s pancakes made to order. Kids love it. Recommend very quiet hotel for being in the city. Recommend checking this place out if your in Cmk. Heather Brennan

Very limited parking and then being told “there’s nowhere else to park” - what am I meant to do then? Broken lift causing chaos as you had to wait ages for the one working lift to come and even then it’d probably be full. One working lift looked, sounded and felt unsafe. Issues with the keycard randomly not working and having to be changed. In general the hotel looked neglected. The staff were nice, only positive aspect of the hotel.

Size of room and beds were OK as I was booked into what it seems was a Family room, however tv remote control was broken, rubbers of toilet seat missing, hinges loose and seat woobly. Also as bathroom is a wet room, when showered surface is dangerously slippery. All fixing solid and sharp so if fall you would hurt yourself. Got woken up at 2:30am due to a fire alarm. Only 1 lift working which was still broken from 2 weeks on previous visit. Access to lift by key card difficult to use. Good points, I was pleased to see the hotel is preparing a better breakfast as a couple of years ago. I like to recommend the breakfast staff Kelly and Richards for excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful.
