The room had fruit flies really bad. Guest services refused to move me to another room after sending someone to spray something that did not address the flies

Fabulous new hotel right across the street from the Fiserv Forum. Very convenient for seeing the Bucks.
Very nice restaurant on premises.
Staff members were helpful and courteous.
Room was immaculate and very nicely furnished
Will definitely be coming back again

The place was amazing. I had the Balcony suite and the experience was exceptional! We ate at the bar restaurant and the food was delicious and affordable. The customer service was exceptional as well. I will definitely return.

Nice hotel with great options right in the heart of Milwaukee. Writhing walking distance to restaurants, bars and entertainment. Friendly staff

We stayed here because it's right across from Fiserv and easy to get to for Bucks games! Hotel is beautiful. Staff is super friendly and professional.
The only downfall is the lack of vending machines. We had a delivery via Door Dash and they forgot to deliver our drinks so we thought we would just grab drinks from the vending machine. Found out the hotel does not have one which I thought was odd.
The restaurant was very busy so waiting to order drinks-to-go was impossible.

Great hotel. Great location! Wasn't thrilled about the view, or lack there of, from our room. We had a sign or something 2 feet from our window and we couldn't see anything. Very claustrophobic!

The front desk staff was wonderful!! They were very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and courteous. Mila at Craft was fun and informative! Valet service rocked!!! The room was great! The Trade will be our home every time we attend events at Fiserv Forum!!!
