Very dirty entry way and front seating area
All carpet throughout was filthy and our room carpet and bench were stained and dirty
Bathroom shower head needs to be replaced
Heavy hard water hitting your body is not a comfortable shower
Elevator floor and walls dirty
Would not go back and would ask for refund if not paid for ahead of time
I would have left and found somewhere else to stay

The hotel was very clean. It was very quiet and check in and check out was very quick and done professionally. Breakfast was grab and go in prepared bags which helped with social distancing. Will stay here again.

It was under some type of construction on 1st floor, room floors are bumpy and coming off,
i was also charged a $200 deposit for a 2 star hotel, i would not recommend or stay here again!!!
Warning should be posted for such ridiculous deposit 🙄

Arrived at the hotel and the check in went good. Took my things to the room. We to a nearby restaurant and when I returned I noticed there was something on the ceiling. I thought nothing of it. A little bit later I noticed that what I saw had moved so I got closer and saw the was a brown bug that resembled a cockroach. I killed it and laid down while talking on the phone I noticed 2 of the same bugs were crawling in the bed on the pillow right next to me…. I walked to the front desk and informed the staff. I was then moved to a different room. Upon entering the new room I put my bag down there was French fries all over the table I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and noticed that there were no towels. I looked into the shower and it was dirty with a dirty towel still left in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and shared the the state of the room. The staff then walked me around looking for clean available rooms. A room was found but I later saw the same bug crawling around this room as well…. I request to speak with the manager and a refund and so far so response.. I requested the number of the general manager and I was told I could not have the number…. PLEASE ADVISE

Only thing that was ok was the breakfast stayed a few days and they didn't service our room and the fitness room wasn't accessible for use

The amenoties that i checked into the hotel to use were not able to be used. The pool had chemicals in there that could cause severe bodily injury so i could not go in the pool. Couldnt go into the hottub for probably the same reasons. I used the workout area that was fine. However, when i went to get a drinkof water from the water machine they had that didnt even work. I wouldnt have even checked in if i would've known there were all these issues just with the amenities. I lifted the covers back to make sure there weren't any bugs which there wasn't but, there was a blood stain on the side of the bed. I will never come here again!

Stayed this past weekend and hotel was filthy, rooms smelled back, hallways were dirty with garbage sat out that housekeeping never picked up. Swimming pool area had leftover snacks and clothes scattered all over. Staff allowed others to swim in crocs and socks that were obviously being worn around the hotel and outside. Hot tub smelled and looked like it was boiling urine. Will never go back.

Problem I saw was pool area the water was cloudy & couldn't swim in it Saturday/Sunday. Everything else was good.
