Fantastic stay - staff was attentive - rooms were spacious with amazing bedding . Blu bar had the best view and food in the cafe was great. Location great to leave car and walk everywhere . Highly recommend doing self walking art tour at hotel- just ask at desk. Work out room was very well equipped. Stepping into hotel is like a walk back in time and yet so lovely

This is a very beautiful historic property in a great location.
The room was average. Coffee was surprisingly below par and no creamer provided. With regards the toiletries, there was no body lotion, which was surprising. I'm not sure if this is part of the eco-friendly program or just cutting back cost. The bedding was comfortable. The deal breaker for me was the pathetic Wi-Fi. If you are at work and need a fast Wi-Fi, this will not the place to stay. I had faster Wi-Fi at the gate at the airport. For me This was the deal breaker for me Fortunately I was only there for one day. The front desk staff was excellent and very accommodating to give me a late checkout.

Lovely, very historical hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating to our requests.
The only minor complaint is that we stayed on the second floor. We were able to hear the noise from the lobby in our room. The main annoyance was the grandfather clock that chimed on a regular basis. If this could be muted during regular sleeping hours (i.e 10 pm to 6 am) our stay would have been much more enjoyable.

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed for an event at Fiserv Forum and it was in walking distance.

Love the Pfister but this time was a bad experience. Maybe some unfortunate luck with heating and cooling unit in the room not working. And being told room was ready so we came and then waited over an hour for room to get cleaned. We will probably be back, but not anytime soon.

The reviews I read rated this 10/10 and I so wanted to have that same experience and for the most part I did. My husband and I stayed and loved the hotel overall. We used all of the amenities including the wellness spa and the loyalty lounge and found everything exceptional. Our dismay was in the room itself. We had the most uncomfortable bed ever and had trouble sleeping both nights of our stay. we also had requested housekeeping services and did not receive them. These both keep me from giving 5 stars for my review. If you have not visited this property I do highly recommend this experience

We had heating issue. Room super hot. Called desk. Within minutes maintenance guy came fixed it. Open window slightly and gave us coupons for coffee. Very nice. Luxurious historic hotel. Just beautiful. Mason St. Grill. Excellent

The Pfister never disappoints. It is a beautiful and historical place with an excellent restaurant (Mason Street Grill). Suite was perfect for out night stay.
